Beach house vacation rentals in Clearwater Beach

This place was even better than we could have expected. There was 8 of us staying here and we still felt we had more than enough space. The house is the perfect distance from the beach and cute restaurants/ areas to just walk around. The lower level was the perfect addition with the projector and different games that really made our trip. We spent a lot of our trip in the house due to the less than ideal weather but had no complaints because of how perfect and cute this spot was. The host was friendly and responsive which also made the experience nice. Overall would 100% recommend it, I would even stay here again!

What we enjoyed most about Shiloh's place was its close proximity to the Gulf and Sunset Beach. We walked from the property to the beach on numerous occasions, especially to watch the sunset. We also walked and rode are bikes to Fred Howard Park which was close by and also into Tarpon Springs, and onto the Pinellas Trail. The house was as described, and well stocked with all we needed. The newer washer/dryer came in very handy. Shiloh was very quick to respond, as we had an issue with a patio fan; and she had the fan replaced while we were there at no inconvenience to us. WE would return to this property!

Perfect. That’s how we would describe this home. Here is our Family Top 7 list. 1. The home was exactly as described. Several areas to sit outside and watch the water, boats and sunrise/sunset. We had breakfast outside at the large dining table several times. 2. A 5 to 7 minute walk to the beach and the home is equipped with all of the beach essentials. Easy walk especially if you have little ones or a stroller. 3. The host had a large detailed binder with everything you need during your visit. From great areas to park, restaurants and places to go. She was also super responsive. We never had to wait more than 3 minutes for a response to any of our messages. 4. The home was super clean and well stocked. Also very easy to get inside when we arrived. 5. TVs in every room allowed our son some downtime between outings. And each bedroom had a ceiling fan. 6. The Thermostats were easy to operate and there were plenty of clean towels and wash clothes. 7. The area is extremely safe and quiet.

Katie was a great host - great communication before, during & after stay. Home was adorable and comfortable for family of 3. Beautiful sunset view from patio every night. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The home is full of character, wood floors, sash windows, it’s lovely. Plenty of room for a large family. And right on the beach. It’s amazing. We all loved our stay here & would highly recommend it.

Absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back. Can't say enough great things about the location and the decor of the home as well as the PMI Clearwater host who was extremely responsive with any questions we had. Can't wait to come back.

The perfect spot! The location is right on the beach and had everything you'd need for a day in the sun! The kitchen is stocked with almost everything you'd need minus fresh ingredients, reasonable check-out process, and absolutely beautiful views. We could not be happier and plan to revisit! Highly recommend!

This was a perfect place for our family of 4 adults. Clean and comfortable. Great outside porch. Easy walking distance to beach and shopping. Quiet area too.

Adam was a great host and very responsive with requests to heat the pool and spa. He made everything very easy. I didn’t have to worry about cleaning, stripping beds, or taking out the trash cans to the street. I felt that I could truly relax. I was traveling with an infant, so the highchair and crib made life so much easier. I didn’t expect those things so that was a great surprise. Grill even had an extra propane tank that we needed and I was very grateful that it was there halfway through cooking dinner.

This was by far the best day we've had with Airbnb so far!! The house was so perfect for the price and the little amenities were so nice! They had yard games for kids to play and extra blow ups for the pool it was just such a lovely experience. The host was very responsive and understanding for adjustments that needed to be made or giving information I really enjoyed this stay!!

This was our third Airbnb rental and it was absolutely the best one yet. The house was perfect for our needs. The pool area was amazing! We enjoyed every minute of our stay here.

Gisele's place was clean and just like the pictures showed. The pool area was nice with a large Weber grill and lots of chairs . There were plenty of pool rafts in the garage for our use. Grocery stores, liquor stores, and restaurants all within a short drive and some within walking distance. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet and had a Catholic church within a 2 minute walk. We would definitely consider staying again!

This house was perfect for my bachelorette trip. All 10 of us slept comfortably and we felt like we had so much space. The pool was relaxing and felt secluded from the other houses around. Boyd was very responsive to questions that I had and made check-in/check out so easy!

Oksana’s listing was perfect for a short weekend. Had the amenities need to be comfortable. Place was clean and well kept. Lastly, location was phenomenal.

Patricia’s Airbnb is a fantastic place for a large group to have a beach vacation. One note, which isn’t a criticism at all, but there are some serious stairs in this place. It wasn’t an issue for us, but I definitely wouldn’t bring my elderly parents. The house and pool were great and you’re sooo close to the beach. The beach wagon and chairs, umbrellas, sand toys were all used daily. The two screened in porches were awesome. From the front you can see the sunrise. We really enjoyed our stay and if I come back to this area with another large group (we were 7) I would absolutely book it again. Btw the primary bedroom bed was amazing comfy!!

We stayed for 6 nights while in town for our daughter’s wedding. Lovely historic home! Was spacious and clean, with nice little extras in the kitchen. Perfect location.

We stayed post-hurricane Milton. We were made aware of some damage, but we were not too concerned with that. We had just left our flooded home and needed a place to decompress and plan our next moves. We decided to brave it out on the beach, and had this been a vacation, this house would have been perfect—just steps from a public beach access path and two blocks from Johns Pass Village.

We would go back in a heartbeat! The house and location was perfect! Our kids loved the pool and being able to kayak and paddle board right from the dock was amazing! We saw dolphins multiple times a day and had fun fishing. The golf cart was perfect for getting to the beach and plenty of restaurants, including an ice cream shop! I would totally recommend this place!

My family and I had an amazing time here. The place was full of amenities and we were surprised with all of the accommodations. There was a pack n play for our toddler, toys put away in a closet, a high chair for him as well. The chickens were a nice touch, and the back yard was a true oasis. Definitely would come here again.

The space was spotless! Comfy beds and lots of pillows. Thoughtful amenities throughout the home. Host was extremely responsive. The location was perfect for our stay. We will definitely stay here again. The host and others mentioned the road noise. It really wasn’t a problem for us but having the Alexa for white noise was a great addition. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this house while visiting family in the area. Much more affordable than two or three hotel rooms and my sons (18 & 17) enjoyed biking and scootering to the Arts District and down to the pier. We all got a kick out of the cats who ate porch breakfast with us each morning while we had our coffee. The owner from the wine bar next door introduced himself and invited us in. Definitely a hidden gem of St Pete's. We will be back!

The cutest home in the best area! It was so cozy and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable! I love how detailed Cornelia was, even down to the make up remover wipes that she left out! She even put out snacks and offered different types of creamer for your coffee. The best part was that they had a playpen for our baby to sleep in. She really thought of everything! Her husband met us and gave us the keys. He was very nice and informative. Definitely recommend and would love to stay there again!
