Monthly Rentals in Clarkston

Great place. All the little knickknacks anyone would need. Full kitchen, huge bed, plenty of space. The host is exceptional. Really helped me with some accommodations I needed. Very responsive and understanding. Really enjoyed my stay and would gladly stay again.

My daughter stayed at Jen's place for her final semester at Spelman College. She loved having her own studio and found Jenn and Matt to be completely proactive and responsive. They even hosted her upstairs in their home during a really bad storm. I am very grateful my daughter had a safe place and wonderful host the last four months. This is perfect place for a student who can not commit to a full-year lease.

Looks exactly like the pictures! Incredibly roomy, plush bed, nice fittings. Had lots of thoughtful touches that showed they're really intent on being good hosts, from labels on all the drawers and switches to show you what it goes to (instead of opening all the drawers and cupboards to find cups) to nice, thick towels, the good toilet paper, and even cotton face pads and Q-tips. Located in a super peaceful neighborhood surrounded by tall trees and cheeky squirrels. We didn't cook, but it looked like all the amenities were there. As it is a ground floor unit beneath the family's, there is a little noise of them walking around living their daily life. There was also a dog in the neighborhood (not theirs) that liked to bark frantically in the morning, at a distance. Nothing that disturbed me as a heavy sleeper, plus they're kind enough to provide a white noise machine, but if you can't tolerate a low level of noise (less than most apartment living, really) this might not be for you.

Elsa's airbnb was a great stay. Very enjoyable and suited all our needs.
