Monthly Rentals in City of Port Isabel Reservoir

Dave and Robin’s place was as advertised, and the hosts were very responsive. Here are some of our favorite things about the property: -flexible with check-in / check-out times -extremely quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood -awesome / beautiful heated pool -really enjoyed screened in porch for morning coffee and spending time with family at the end of the day -beds were extremely comfortable -lots of extra beach towels, chairs and coolers Thank you Robin and Dave

We originally chose Leonard’s place so we could spend March in the Area without having to be on SPI during spring break. It proved to be a great choice. The house sat on the 7th fairway. Our neighbors appeared to be local and friendly. We are golfers and played several days each week. Leonard provided far more than most hosts supply. Three grills, two bicycles, a kayak (we didn’t use it), a fully stocked kitchen with many small appliances and about any spice you needed. Leonard was always available by email to answer any questions. Response time was great. If we ever go back to the area we will try to stay at Leonard’s.

Perfect place for us! Impeccable cozy place close to everything I return for the whole of next winter if available. Hotel very responsive to our needs, always a big smile. I highly recommend it.
