Monthly Rentals in City-by-the Sea

Everything was great, as soon we told Chris something wasn't working, he would respond promptly and get it fixed. Place is peaceful and great to got fishing after work.

We enjoyed our stay. The porch had a great breeze even on hot days. Bathroom was clean and amenities were available as listed. Used the BBQ pit to make some dinner and swam in the pool which was clean and not crowded. Fishing along the wall was really fun, we caught and released about 5-6 different varieties of fish and the fishing station was handy to wash hands from using bait. Would like to return in the future.

We absolutely loved staying here! Don was super friendly and always willing to help us out! He's super accommodating! The place was very cozy and felt right at home. He also recommended really cool fishing spots! We are definitely coming back here on our next visit.

Perfect place for my dog and I. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Very easy to go to Port Aransas to watch the sunset on the beach or take my dog to the dog park in Rockport. Bed was comfortable and decor was perfect.
