As good as it gets! Lakefront - with a pool!

This 2/1 house sits directly on a large private beach with a massive enclosed pool area including an outdoor kitchen, smart TV and lots of space to relax. This is our family vacation home, so everything is there to ensure an amazing stay. A new two story dock offers spots to moor a boat or jet skis, and lots of sun and fun space: paddle boards, fire pit, picnic table, etc. A separate cottage is just behind it. Neighborhood Pool, WIFI, Free Parking, Backyard View Excellent location, 2 bed 2 bath open floor plan home that borders a nature preserve looking out the lanai in the Village of Palo Alto. Walking distance to Spanish Springs and close to Lake Sumter Landing. Enjoy area amenities including pools, golf courses, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard and live entertainment every night of the week in three different locations. I do not live there. Prices include golf cart!

This home was located close enough to travel by golf cart to a few of the town squares. The neighborhood was quiet -a great place to walk my dog. Brian was a great host, attentive to all our needs. It was nice having the golf cart and a grill on the patio. We didn’t need a thing!

Lauren was quick to respond to any questions that I had! She was very proactive, making sure that I was set up with a campsite, and everything was communicated timely to help us get into the camper. She is an excellent hostess, even left us a gift and a bottle of wine in the kitchen! We will be back! Everything was perfect.

Tom and Jennifer are absolutely AMAZING hosts. We spent a wonderful week at their property, and the experience was top notch. The rental is beautiful inside, completely modernized and extremely clean and liveable. the amenities are many and the owners communicate EXTREMELY well. It was a pleasure spending a week at this property, as well as interacting with our hosts. They added a very personal touch. This location is perfect, mere minutes from Spanish Springs, and the use of the golf cart, and outdoor space, BBQ and fire pit were all great perks. This was positively the best ABB experience we have had.

Our stay at Lee’s exceeded our expectations! It was perfect for our family of 4! The kitchen has everything you need and more!! It was stocked plentiful with towels, laundry detergent, coffee and more!! Lee promptly responded to all our questions!! An absolute perfect place to stay and so beautifully decorated!!!
