Monthly Rentals in Church Lawton

This is a magical place in Mow Cop. Beautiful converted mill. Absolutely immaculate and welcoming. Emma had even added a lovely Christmas tree and decorations. We are local so this is a treasured find for when we have family and friends visiting.

Lovely private annex fully equipped with everything you need and more. Very homely place and friendly/responsive host. Very clean and comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Warm and comfortable flat, luxurious shower. Close to the town centre, shops and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful, quick to respond.

I enjoyed a pleasant, four-week stay. The space was comfortably-appointed and had clearly been quite well cleaned. I appreciated the modern kitchen and ample storage. From the annexe one has a pleasant view of the garden and pond. I loved being able to walk along the footpath across the stream that runs behind the property. The path eventually leads into town and also connects to other nearby walking routes. Hillary made sure to see that I was getting on all right but also respected my privacy. Her communication with me was prompt and helpful. As I haven’t a car of my own, Hilary kindly offered for me to ride along on a couple of trips to the shops. The only spot of bother I experienced was with the Wi-Fi a little over a week into my stay. Rather un-fortuitously, this happened whilst Hilary was away, but she responded quickly and was able to resolve the issue, after which the Wi-Fi worked unerringly. I should be happy to return, and I’ve no hesitation in recommending a stay here.
