Close to downtown. Mario‘s advice about neighborhood restaurants was very helpful. The area is very safe. Progresso citizens are very friendly. We loved our stay.

Great place to stay for a while, right on the Gulf of Mexico. I really enjoyed walking the beach and exploring the surroundings on foot. The house is very clean and Brett is a great host. Would love to spend more time in the future.

Everything is very nice, the view is incredible, the place is spacious and incredible. A lot of peace. Only that during my stay I encountered several spiders and insects in the apartment. But apart from that, everything is excellent!

Sonya’s place was exactly what we needed for a restful week. Hearing the waves day and night made relaxing easy! The studio is so comfortable and sitting on the porch was the perfect way to end each day. Sonya is absolutely lovely. She arranged for airport transfers and gave a ton of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The town of Chuburná is walkable and friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful house two blocks from the sea, modern, clean, everything works, is super equipped with premium elements, from the pots to the sheets. It's a gorgeous house we made an asado next to the mega modern swimming pool with its lounge chairs, the super comfortable outdoor table and a great grill!!! Everything was beautiful

Great place. Although the “beach” right out of the gate was not the best. You would need to drive or walk to the strip with a better beach. The walk is about 20 -30 min. But overall a great place.

Excellent place, private, comfortable, clean, spacious, nice pool very nice in general, the house is super equipped, beach very close, the only one but is that in the showers of the bedrooms upstairs there is no hot water, I say by the heat in certain seasons it may not be necessary but for us the hot water is essential and there was only a little in the bathroom downstairs, I also recommend that if their stays are long, take a car why there are no places nearby to go out to eat and with this they can move or go to the super for food. The house is in a great location , very roomy and comfortable. We lost power, as will happen at the beach. Maria Fernanda was helpful and checked in often to see if we needed anything. Would definately rent here again!

Excellent attention from April, the villa is amazing with everything you need to enjoy the stay with the family, everything is very clean, definitely a place that we will return very soon.

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb! The pictures really don’t do it justice, it’s a huge open concept house that is just beautiful! Lots of natural light and positioned right on the beach. We spent a lot of time walking the beach looking for shells, swimming in both the ocean and the pool, and hanging out on the amazing roof set-up. Additionally, the recommended catering/ private chef experience was truly a delight. Great food & great people, would highly recommend. Local restaurants are also great, so much delicious seafood! All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here and would readily recommend it in the future or return ourselves. Thank you to all the hosts for a great stay!

So beautiful and peaceful! We watched the pelicans swoop and dive for hours. Like being inn National Geographic special. The team was very responsive and the neighbors just lovely.

We had a lovely four night stay. Juan Carlos was an excellent host. The caretakers were a delight and the woman prepared several meals for us. We highly recommend a stay here in San Benito!!

Excellent experience. Quite comfortable and spacious apartment, beautiful ocean view, very nice decor and dining beds. Very clean facilities. To cook accounts with more than necessary. I would just add what the wifi improves. 🏡🏖️

The best part of this place is the million dollar view, which is even more beautiful in person. The rest of the condo is about what you would expect given the pictures. There is some corrosion in places (e.g. faucets) due to the high humidity being right on the beach, but that's to be expected. We were pleasantly surprised at the number and variety of restaurants in the area. While Willy's is better than Oxxo in terms of picking up some basic supplies, the Soriana in Progreso is not far away if you have a car and want more groceries. And if you do have a car, we highly recommend Isla Columbios - catch a boat in the marina at the far end of the island that takes you to a magical place set in the shallows between islands and mangroves. Tables and chairs set in the water under palapas, hammocks and swings right over the water, and fabulous kayaking among the mangroves. Delicious cocktails too. Unlike anything I've seen anywhere else. Enjoy your stay here!

We stayed only two days in Mauricio’s place because it was only a short visit in Progreso. The condo is very nice, well furnished and supplied. The neighbours are nice and the place is quiet. There is a nice pool and a rooftop patio with a nice view, shaded area and a nice breeze. There is a convenience store nearby as well as a few nice restaurants with a varied offering of dishes. We recommend this place for a nice stay in Progreso.

We had a wonderful time at Roxanna’s condo in Playa Chaca! The unit was clean and comfortable and it was easy to walk to the beach or restaurants. Roxanna replied quickly whenever we had questions or comments. We highly recommend!
