Alejandra was very responsive to any questions or issues we had before and during the stay. She was also very flexible in working with us on the check-in and check-out time. I would recommend this apartment.

The house was huge, bedrooms large and bathrooms were as well. it was a very comfortable stay. if you have a chance eat at Yerba Santa for dinner, reserve a table on the roof for the view. We loved Mata for lunch and breakfast. This house is close to everything!

The place is just what is advertised. The beach is quiet, perfect for kids. Everything is very clean, safe and quiet. Jose was always on the lookout and there are employees at the place who help in whatever needed.

A nice, spacious and comfortable house, fully equipped for an excellent stay and considering that it is a very large house the internet with a very good reception, the style is very own and beautiful according to Mérida, the pool is very nice and clean, widely recommended and at all times my host was helping me by responding and orienting me on any doubt. We were very pleased with this property! We felt very comfortable and the property was close to everything we wanted to do. Internet, A/C, water heater, water pressure and washer dryer were all great when used. Loved having the outdoor space as well. Hoping to return again!

Stylish, modern apartment. Clean. There is everything you need to spend a week of your vacation here. There are a wash machine and dryer. The beaches nearby are not pretty. But that wasn't a problem for us. Taxis are not expensive or you can walk there in 20 minutes. Self check-in. Instructions are clear and easy to understand. The pool in the courtyard is great. I recommend it👌👍

We had a wonderful stay. Paula was responsive and entertained different arrival times of our guests. A bit pricey but worth the location, pool, and # of rooms. Breakfast was included, which was a pleasant surprise and they were delicious.

You seem to be away from the city for the privacy of the very pleasant and enjoyable place. If you want to feel inside Mérida with a relaxed atmosphere it's the place.

We loved our time at Neil’s place in Mérida! Neil seems to have thought of everything you may need or want for a comfortable stay. It was an easy and interesting walk into the center. We loved the back garden and pool area. The internet was fast and reliable (I was working remotely and easily took many Zoom calls without connection issues). Would highly recommend Neil’s place and I would stay again on a future trip to Mérida!

Extremely clean, in the kitchen you find all the utensils and dishes that are required, you really feel at home. The decor is minimalist, very nice, immaculate bedding.

Home away from home! Our stay was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Convenient location and seamless check-in made it a perfect choice for a comfortable getaway. Its walkable to all, like restaurants and especially the beach. The host response to all questions and very friendly.

The location was perfect. The house sits on a main road but has private parking that blocks any heavy noise that the road might bring. It is right on the sea with just a few steps down and you are directly on a sandy beach. The pool was clean and perfect for a quick dip to cool off. There was plenty of outdoor furniture that was comfortable and clean. The house was fantastic. It has 3 very large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, the other two share a bathroom. There were some very good details on how to operate everything in the house that ranged from how to hang a hammock to how to operate the on-demand hot water. There were plenty of items in the kitchen and everything we needed (although we didn't cook a dinner-time meal.) The bathrooms were clean with good water pressure and up to date. All the beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Christine and Sonja were instantly available and happy to offer suggestions and recommendations when we asked.

Beautiful home centrally located, the kids loved the pool! Very comfortable beds! The host is super helpful with recommendations and transportation arrangements. We loved Merida and hope to be back soon!

We loved visiting Merida and staying at Mariana's beautiful home. We had four couples and there was plenty of room for each to have privacy but also come together for breakfast, share the pool and plan excursions and dinners. There are many activities to do in and around Merida, and we found having our own cars was very helpful for getting out into the larger area. Having garage space at the house was great, as street parking is a bit tricky by the house. Around town, we walked, as there are many great restaurants, museums and shops within close range. Additionally, it was very fun for us was having Mariana's housekeeper, Librada, make breakfast for us each day. She was a delightful person and a great cook! We would love to visit Merida again and if we do, we hope we can stay at Mariana's home again.

Fantastic spot for our family of four. Super convenient to the hip restaurants and parks surrounding La Plancha without all the traffic and noise. Host offered great recommendations to find the best local spots. Very responsive. 10/10 recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at Katia's place! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The location was perfect, with easy access to Plaza Grande, restaurants, and shops. Katia was a great communicator, always quick to respond and super helpful with recommendations for the area. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Merida!

Casa Wayib was the perfect place for our first trip to Merida. The Casa is an amazing place. Very quiet and private. Very clean, plenty of amenities if you cook. Jesus the property manager is fantastic, we were delayed 5 hours and it was after midnight before we got there. He was waiting for us and took his time showing us all the details about the house. Plenty of restaurants nearby and supermarkets are close. The only thing we wished for, at this is at almost every Airbnb we stay in is a small rug on either side of the beds. Other than that, we could think of one thing we needed to bring except our clothes. Looking forward to coming back and staying longer. Book it, you won’t regret it

What a place. Thank you Mario for helping us making memories with our family. We stayed over New Year. Merida was fun at the NYE, although there wasn’t an official party at the square we managed to get to one of the restaurants and walked home! The house is not only beautiful, it’s so convenient with exploring Merida, walking at night is safe. We parked all our stat in front of the house for free - not an issue. Our favourite part of the house was the kitchen and the swimming pool with blossoming orchid tree full of humming birds. The smell of these flowers was incredible. We managed to cook few basic meals in the house, kitchen was well equipped even with smoothie machine. We enjoyed the washing machine, Merida was half way through our traveling so having done laundry we were set for Bacalar and rest of the trip. Recommending going to Celestum to see flamingos, other birds and mangroves the and exploring Merida on foot. Good restaurants and much cheaper shopping. Thank you Mario
