Vacation rentals with a patio in Choctawhatchee Bay

Great place and very kind owner. I love the place and everything is clean. One thing I want to point is the gray blanket. The blanket is not clean and smelly. Also, dishwasher was very smelly. I think because the one who was there before washed the dishes with no soap. Overall, great place and highly recommend. Thank you.

Olivia was incredibly nice and responsive when I needed help. She fixed any issues I had within a blink of an eye. The neighbor Rebecca was very sweet and even gave me some insight to local events. Would LOVE to stay here again if Olivia would have me and my friends again. Wonderful place to stay and beautiful sights from the backyard EVEN SAW A DOLPHIN!!!

This was my second time renting this unit, I loved it that much.. any time I come back I will try to book this place first if it is available:) loved the the feel of it with the furniture and the bed was amazing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Debbie's studio. Everything was very clean and the convenience to the beach was perfect. The chairs, umbrella, and beach towels provided was a plus. We would definitely stay there again!

Magdalena's place was wonderful. We had stayed in this building before, but it was our first time at her condo. The corner unit is great- multiple balconies. Beach front property that is fairly quiet. We loved that the building had quiet hours. The entire place was spotless. There were 4 of us (mom, 2 girls, and grandmother) and we had plenty of space. Magdalena & Mark were very responsive and helpful. There is a lot to do for all ages in this area. We will definitely book again. Thank you!

Great place to stay in Seagrove! Perfect size for 3 couples and had everything we needed. Nice balcony with pretty partial views of the ocean and lake! Host and co-host were very responsive and were kind enough to allow us to have a flexible check-in, which was a huge help. We liked the amenities of using the pool and playing pickleball. Was nice that beach was walkable, although I think we misunderstood the instructions that they have lon their listing, as we assumed Eastern Lake access was the access point as seen from listing picture balcony view. We were told that access is actually private property for Beachside Estates, not villas and were told to move further down. The public beach access is still not far though from the property and is walkable if you don’t have a lot of heavy things. Still 5/5 and we would definitely recommend!

Julia’s condo was perfect for our family of 6! We have rarely found any of 30a rentals to be truly clean, but Julia’s place was spotless! We had everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable. We loved having coffee on the patio every morning. The location was amazing, we biked and walked to the beach - both were super easy. There are tons of great restaurants within walking or biking distance. We can’t wait to stay here again !

We really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space for my family of 4, close to everything we wanted to do, yet far away enough to not have to listen to the noise and crowds of PCB. Everything was as listed and wonderful. We’d definitely stay again in the future!

Love this home! Would not second guess going back. The host was always helpful and the location to the beach is perfect. Only a short walk to the beach. I highly recommend this home for family vacations.

Beautiful house in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Easy access to the beach and the community pool. The house was perfect for our group of 3 families with young kids. The bunk bed room worked perfect for our little ones.

Melinda and I really enjoyed our stay at Santa Rosa Beach! Our host, Emily took excellent care to have the house ready for our arrival and was very responsive to answer questions after arrival. The house was everything we hoped for and are looking forward to returning. This was a vacation / working retreat for us and the house was the perfect for what we needed. It was quiet which allowed us to focus on business planning but also close to some very nice beaches when work was over, and we wanted to relax. Temperatures were a little cool from the winter snow that fell a few days before we arrived, so we utilize the exterior amenities this trip. However, there are plenty of ways to enjoy the exterior when we return. Thank you, Emily, for making our trip something we will always remember! Danny & Melinda

A very beautiful and nicely furnished house, equipped with absolutely everything you would need in the kitchen or the beach. Everything looks new and very well cared for. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Recommend

My family had a wonderful stay at this AirBnb located in Miramar Beach. Although not right next to the beach or a pool, we were close to everything and had access to a large golf cart and crystal clear instructions on how to access the beach/pool from our helpful hosts. The neighborhood is beautiful and we enjoyed driving back and forth along the other golf carts to access the beach. Lots of parking and easy to find! We genuinely enjoyed our AirBnb experience and had tons of room for our family. Lots of clean linens and basic supplies available, which is great for out-of-town vacationers. The home was clean, organized and modern with lots of seating to spread out. Each bedroom had access to storage and a bathroom. It was cozy, but also had a nice beachy feel. Thank you to the hosts for being so responsive and making our stay seamless!

We came down for a funeral last minute Great place to stay had everything. Close to the beach places to eat and a dog park. Would definitely recommend if you need a place to stay plenty of room to spread out and close to everything.

We enjoy everything about our stay! The light with all the window and the view of the ocean from the kitchen, dinning table & balcony made our stay. It’s literally across the street from the beach with a code to private access so you don’t have to deal with the crowded public beaches. Mackenzie was very friendly & responsive, and was understanding when we had to make a last minute adjustment to our reservation. I would recommend this location & would stay here again.

My husband and I had a great stay. It was perfectly located, the weather was good, and the unit was awesome. We plan to stay again next visit.

The property is just as described and pictured. The location is excellent and centrally located to everything. The host was friendly, helpful and had great communication. This was a great spot for my wife and I to spend a weekend. It was beautiful and enough room for us! It was super clean and it looked just like the pictures. Nick was a great host. He was very welcoming and his instructions were very clear and easy. Thanks Nick, would love to stay here again.

Very clean and tidy room with everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable, better than any other room we have stayed in. Heated pool, beach, tennis courts, pickleball courts...lots of activities to enjoy.

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was beautiful, and well furnished. It was a very short walk to the beach, and in a great location of town. Our kids loved this place! We loved the furnished beach cart, it helped out a ton. It was clean, and close to a lot of our interests. I wish we could have stayed longer. It was better than our expectations. We will definitely be coming back to visit! Thanks so much for sharing your place with us!
