Very comfortable and spacious house in beautiful location. Karen was quick to respond and veryhelpful.

Lynn was very welcoming and nothing felt too much. The accommodation was lovely, light and airy. Ideal for a weekend stay, but I imagine it could also be a great hub for a longer stay, as there is all you need there, plus walking distance into the centre of the village. Lovely a quiet (particularly as some rooms in the village are above a pub or very nearby which can be very lively on a weekend). Would certainly recommend.

I’ve stayed here a few times now as it’s in the village I grew up in and where my Mum still lives. The village is lovely, friendly, great pub, lots of places to visit nearby. It’s a lovely place to stay for family reunions/visits, breaks away, etc. The cottage is always immaculate and welcoming, with personal touches, seasonal decorations, lovely toiletries, and a great history to go with it. Heather obviously works very hard to make her guests feel welcome and comfortable, which is much appreciated. If I could move in permanently, I would in a flash (not in a weird way, it just feels so homely!).

Lisa was so friendly and helpful throughout the trip. the cottage is stunning, with lovely views and is perfect for dogs. will be visiting again next year!
