Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Chico

For the price, this is a great place to stay. Train noise isn’t really an issue, although the unit faces the entrance to the parking garage and that was somewhat loud at times. Host is super responsive, check in has several steps, but clear instructions. The bed was comfortable, bathroom clean, didn’t spend a ton of time at the airbnb, but it was great for what I needed.

price doubled when students came back in town. very affordable during summer time. located directly behind Safeway, restaurants, smoke shops, gas stations, all in walking distance. super awesome roommates and overall quiet during the week, but it is Chico so weekends are busy all over town. in this unit there were issues with the appliances and let host know, never were resolved during my whole stay. room stays was very responsive to a safety issue and that gave me peace of mind. super awesome units, private bathroom and excellent washing machine and dryer. these units have everything needed for a fun weekend or long stay in Chico.

This was a great shared space! Tons of amenities and a short walk to stores. Bed was super comfortable! Bathroom was clean. I only ran into one of the other guests once.

This was the 3rd year we’ve stayed here for our annual father son duck hunt. The place works out great for us with 8 adults staying there. See you next year.

Nice pool house! Good space for a family gathering.

Beautiful space with many quality amenities. The place was very clean and comfortable and looked just like the pictures. We were able to prepare a full thanksgiving meal for my son who is attending college in Chico using the kitchen and what was available. I appreciated that the cookware all appeared to be new and quality. Communication with the hosts was so easy. They were very responsive and very hospitable. They left us a nice welcome gift, fully stocked Pete’s coffee for the Keurig, and cold water bottles in the fridge. The space is right off of a busy road and so there was constant road noise but the street it’s on was quiet. We had white noise machines with us which helped at night. There were also fans in the two rooms that would have helped. One thing that I didn’t notice from the pictures, before we booked, was that there are no windows on the second floor where the bedrooms are.

The space was fantastic for our group -- 3 families in town for a robotics competition. In fact, we liked it so much that we're hoping to return again in a few months for the regional championships. The kids loved the arcade console and bunk beds. The adults loved the lovely kitchen and comfy beds. Great location too. Thank you for the great stay!
