This is an older home with updated appliances. It was cozy and spacious. The hosts were super nice and accommodating.

Our extended family stayed at Bri’s place for our son’s wedding. The house was very clean, spacious, and well equipped! We had 5 small grandchildren with us who really enjoyed the little playroom and foosball table! Sadly the weather was a bit dreary so we couldn’t enjoy all the local outdoor activities and walks, but it’s a beautiful area with lots to do! Bri responded immediately to all my messages and was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chico! It’s a great town with lovely restaurants and activities.

This house and these hosts should be the example to all Airbnb’s - they have everything you will need and more in this gorgeous house. I actually have one suggestion to them: to let guests know what they offer because we didn’t need to bring a lot of items we did if we knew. They truly thought about everything and beyond … board games, snacks, coffee, sugar, creamer, wine (yeah I said wine), and everything possible in the kitchen and bathroom. The house is very beautiful and we were greeted with holiday decor and a Christmas tree. Perfect place, perfect location, perfect house! Thank you!

Julie’s place is probably the BEST airbnb (or VRBO) we’ve ever stayed in! Old, gorgeous 1913 home in one of the (obviously) older neighborhoods downtown. Very quiet. Just as described. Huge old trees, too. One thing that definitely stood out to my husband and I, that doesn’t get mentioned in the description, is the abundance of storage space for guests to use for unpacking and storing personal items, allowing guests to keep every room free of clutter. So many places we’ve stayed in have only minimal storage for your personal belongings, but not Julie’s place! As well, the kitchen is well-stocked with a great deal of spices, etc. And though the photos only show a Kuerig machine and pods, there’s an electric coffee maker in the cupboard, which we prefer. And although there’s the hustle bustle of all the restaurants and shops downtown, which are within a few blocks, it’s very quiet at Julie’s place. Sitting on the front porch outside is heaven. Good price, too. Can’t beat this place.

This cute little apartment is very clean and well equipped. The bed is comfortable and she provides a heater for the bedroom which was so needed for our Thanksgiving nights. Brit also was very responsive to any of our questions or needs.

Thd house waa clean and clutter free. Beautifully decorated. The only suggestions I have are extra blankets for the beds/couches to snuggle. It was cold and rainy when we stayed and that would have been great! Also, we are not familar with the area and would have loved some personal reccomendations for places to eat and other activities. Overall great stay! Will rebook and reccomend!

This was my second time staying there and it’s such a cute space!! The mini split wasn’t working but the space heater that was there worked really good! Love all the lil accents and personality that have been done, bathroom is very well done as well. Would definitely come back if I’m in Chico!!

Great experience at this rental. Deserae was a very accommodating host and super friendly. House was very clean, nicely remodeled, and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended and I would visit agan.
