Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Chico

The house exceeded our expectations. Very clean, and had everything we needed plus more. It accommodated all 6 of us and we had so much room to spread out. It’s a beautiful home in a very quiet, safe and pretty neighborhood. We will be staying again next time we come through Chico.

I can't say enough good things about Andrea and Richard's place. It was the perfect home away from home during the weekend of our son's wedding. The home is very well maintained. The space is beautifully decorated with very comfortable furnishings. I particularly loved spending quiet mornings on the couch, wrapped in one of the soft throw blankets. The bed was very nice with comfy pillows and bedding. The place has everything you need including a nice welcome basket of snacks. To top all of that, Andrea and her son were so nice. Our car would not start and they did not hesitate to come to our rescue. They are wonderful people and we were so happy we got to meet them. I will be back!

This cottage was a gem! Charming styling combined with lots of comfort and convenience. Host provided very clear instructions and we enjoyed our stay.

What a beautiful home, so many beautiful details all throughout… comfortable bed, loved the warm bathroom floors. Gorgeous place. So easy to walk to campus and downtown.

Perfect place for a family with small kids! Easy to get to, quiet, and super close to a great park and the freeway.

Joshua was extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Their home has a great flow, many amenities, very comfortable and very clean! I would definitely rent from them again!

Kelli's home looked adorable in the photos, and it was even better in person. The extra touches, like the welcome basket and plentiful coffee pod supply, were truly appreciated. We had a fun dinner at the nearby Farmers Brewery restaurant, and stopped by the Meriam Park farmer's market on Sunday for some insanely delish baked goods and fresh flowers. A fun weekend all around, great place to stay away from the noise of downtown, but still within a 10 minute drive to campus to see our daughter. Overall a wonderful stay in a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood.

Samantha’s place was well located for travelling - right off 99 and with easy distance to shops, restaurants and even Chico town center. At the same time, the home feels secluded and private, with a secure and beautiful fenced yard. The outdoor space was particularly attractive especially when travelling with a dog but there was also lots to do for families with kids. the house itself was lovely - very quiet, despite its proximity to the highway, well equipped, nice linens, very comfortable beds and other furniture and was spotlessly clean. Samantha was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again especially if I was travelling with my dog.

This place was perfect. Right in the heart of downtown Chico, with Chico State campus only a block away. This is exactly what we were looking for. Parking was readily available and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. A perfect, cozy little spot. Everything about this stay was perfect.

This is a beautiful & peaceful location. Very private & quiet. I loved doing afternoon yoga on the back patio & enjoyed my morning coffee out there as well as I watched the sun rise. We had some internet issues early on, but Angelleyna was very responsive & got it rectified immediately. Would definitely stay here again if our travels brought us this way!

staying at Kristins was great. It's a really cool part of a horse ranch with a super casual and comfortable space. You get a great view of the sunrise on clear mornings and the evening is filled with the soft nickerings of the horses. A really restful time can be had there. A nice evening walk of about 10 minutes gets you to a beautiful little city park. Overall a great stay with a good sample of ranch life.

Host is understanding and has great communication. Highly recommend!
