Vacation rentals with breakfast in Chico

It was the perfect space for my family of 3. They had the pack and play set up when we arrived. The changing table was next level. My 5 month old loved the water feature. The fridge was stocked with yogurt and filtered water, and the freezer refroze our bottle of water for the cooler! I didn’t drink any coffee or tea, but there was plenty. The bed was comfortable and they had nice foam pillows. Will definitely stay again!

Carolyn and Julio were great! When I arrived, Julio greeted me and showed me the tiny house. It was quaint, adorable, and welcoming. The surrounding area was more beautiful than I thought it would be. I walked the grounds and met the animals. I wanted a quiet, peaceful trip, and that is precisely what I got. Thank you!

Jeanne & her husband Bruce are the dearest of couples. We especially enjoyed chatting with them a bit at breakfast time each day, focusing on days gone by (I enjoy family history) and life in general. Jeanne was generally the one up first, already in the kitchen before we got up, waiting with her big smile and clever funny comments. Of course, they would have kept to themselves but we encouraged conversation, especially considering they felt like good old friends or neighbors. They also politely inquired about our day each evening - always thoughtful. We thank them both for sharing their home and themselves.

Carolyn was very inviting and welcoming, good energy, and a clean neat experience of a tiny home, the views were incredible. I look forward to visiting again.

I highly recommend this place. Chelsea is a super amazing host. Her place is beautiful and she put so much thought into the little details of things we would need for our stay. It was a spotless, cute, modern, cosy place for our trip to Chico. We stayed for one night with our 2 dogs, which has an enclosed back yard, also she had a cute little basket of dog supplies & doggie bed. We will definitely be staying again when we come to visit our son in Chico. Thanks so much Chelsea.

This was probably one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had! The place was PERFECT for a group, and it had everything you could possibly need (extra towels, tons of space for hanging, lots of games/activities). I really appreciated Sara Rose's prompt, helpful responses to my questions. The vintage charm was such a treat. I can't recommend this home enough!
