great spot and nice cottage

Petrea's apartment was a lovely, quiet space in a great location to explore the Atherton Tablelands. It features a comfortable bedroom and bath and spacious living room that was a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring all that the Tablelands have to offer (waterfalls, wildlife, rainforest hiking, farm-to-table restaurants). Petrea was very accommodating and provided a welcome hamper of various foods to help us settle in. She greeted us in person to make sure we got in and had everything we needed for the night even though our flight got us there late in the evening. We would definitely stay there again.

Honestly don't know where to start... This is easily the best airBnB that I have ever stayed at!! It has all the furnishings of home. My wife and I were stuck in North Queensland by flood waters and were waiting for them to recede, and had no where to stay with our dog. We messaged Jenny to stay for a few nights at very short notice and she got back to us within minutes and had the place ready for us to walk into within half an hour. The location is perfect, in between Atherton and Mareeba in the Tablelands. The area is so peaceful and tranquil. There is a balcony where you can sit and read a book and take in the beautiful sounds of the country, and the house is stocked with anything you may need (from ziplock bags to a sewing kit). Jenny's hospitality was amazing, and we will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.
