Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Chesil Beach

Stephanie’s house was in the perfect place for us and the perfect size for 4 adults and a 16 months old. The water views from the main bedroom and lounge room and balcony were a real treat and so relaxing. The little garden was very private. The proximity of shops for groceries and cafes was very handy. The walk along the waterfront all the way to the Sandbanks was a bonus. We would happily rent this property again.

Well what can I say.... Hideaway House is a little gem. Cara has thought of everything and the house has a home from home feel about it. It is tastefully decorated, the beds are really comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the shower was wonderful. We even managed to enjoy the garden and have breakfast outside. And it has the added bonus of parkin right outside the front door. We were a party of four ladies staying and enjoyed our 'weekend retreat' very much. The 'Welcome' hamper was very thoughtful and was very well received by all including the doggy treats. Cara is a superb host and we would highly recommend a stay at Hideaway House.

Wonderful house and location with parking outside and immediate access into the town with its restaurants and shops. Warm, pretty, spotless and very comfortable, the house had everything we needed - the kitchen was well stocked and large, the sofas and beds were really comfy, and it was all was tastefully decorated. There was lots of helpful information about the house and the local area, and milk and condiments in the fridge when we arrived. We walked straight from the house into the town and up onto the coastal path - it’s a beautiful spot to enjoy the fantastic landscape. We’ll definitely come back again. Thanks Nikki and Chris.

There were 17 of us celebrating my daughter’s hen party. The venue was fabulous and very spacious everything we could wish for and Gill and George were quick to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend it to anyone you will not be disappointed!

We had a large family gathering at Tristan’s wonderful home. The home surroundings were stylish and comfortable and Tristan left a very impressive ‘welcome pack’ The kitchen/ diner/lounge area was a fabulous place to eat and drink. The home is set just behind Lyme Regis beach with everything you’ll need a short walk away. We were very fortunate with the weather too which made our weekend away just perfect. We’d highly recommend 👍

We have stayed here many times before and will stay again, it is such a lovely place. Brilliant for walking, right next to Chesil Beach. Excellent !!

Lovely little place. great views , comfortable beds . Walking distance to some lovely places to eat . Only criticism is the blinds are broken in the bedroon which lets light in early in the morning and the living room needs a different type of blind or net as if you pull the blinds down its very dark , if you leave them open people can see right in . Would definitely like to stay in the summer months

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome by our lovely hosts.. The location is fantastic with good restaurants, an incredible harbour and miles of white sandy beach within walking distance. An amazing stay! Easy check in, felt really comfortable and cosy. David and Pamela are so helpful and friendly. Tonnes to do in Weymouth; we'll be returning to P&D's - definitely not just because of David's scrumptious homemade bread rolls and Pamela's delicious mulled wine! would recommend :) / have already recommended

Lovely little apartment right on the sea front. Set up nicely with a clean easy to use kitchen and a couple of essentials such as seasoning and dishwasher tablets. Fluffy towels and comfy furnishings, although the mattress was a little on the soft side for me. As described, there is some neighborhood noise, the living room backs onto a busy takeaway, but this wasn't a problem as the bedroom is facing a quiet private courtyard.

We had a lovely stay, the apartment had a great feel and was just what we wanted in a great farm environment. We were very kindly given access to the farm fields which our dog Mya absolutely loved. The area itself is very well/centrally located for access to Dorchester, Salisbury, Sherborne, Bridport, Yeovil etc. Our hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Thank you Lucy and team.

I had a lovely restful time in Swanage staying here. I really enjoyed the character and charm of the place, with a sea view from the windows as well. Not far to walk to the town or to get to other places around Swanage area. Honor was responsive and welcoming, providing clear info for check-in and ample recommendations and information from things to do, places to eat and more which was very helpful!

What a wonderful stay at Mark’s, he was a fantastic host easy to contact and great recommendations. We had everything we needed on our doorstep so went out for a couple of drinks in the town just across the road then had a Chinese delivered. Felt very cosy in the flat with everything you need, the bed was extremely comfy and was super quiet even though you were close to town. Would love to go back again It was a perfect stop off on our way to visit family in Cornwall Thankyou Mark for making our stay so welcoming.

Fabulous views over Swanage bay from the breakfast table with spacious & well decorated residence. This is a top floor flat, so don’t forget the stairs…..! Really lovely place to stay in Swanage with an easy walk down the hill into Town and the Bay.

Lovely stay in a very comfortable ground floor flat with all the amenities you could want. I also loved exploring that part of Lyme with lovely restaurants, shops and a bakery a stones throw away. I also enjoyed attending a beautiful concert at St Michael's church across the street on rememberance Sunday. I would definitely like to stay here again!

What a beautiful place, set in an incredible location. Emily and Ed sent clear instructions and information from the start, and everything was as explained - with some extra little touches that really made our stay. Everything was so neat and tidy but still homely and cosy. The location is so enchanting, we wished we'd been able to stay longer! We loved our stay here and would definitely book again.

Cosy and compact, all the amenities with extra little touches that made the stay eg. fleecy wrap for sofa, large fluffy towels, eggs and milk in the fridge for a late arrival, solid wifi. Full kitchen with counter oven, microwave and induction stovetop was much appreciated. Nature put on a show with wind and snow but kept warm by efficient heating while the storm raged!

What a wonderful property to stay and relax for a few days. Peaceful surroundings and a lovely garden to sit and enjoy the view. The property had a “home from home” feel, was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. Comfy beds and no noise or light pollution meant a fab nights sleep. Great communication with simple and clear instructions. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

David & Melanie’s place is stunning, in a great location with beautiful views. They were very responsive hosts. The accommodation was equipped to a very high standard and is in a great location to explore the Jurassic coast. We would definitely recommend it to other guests.

We had a lovely stay at Caroline's home. We had all the amenities we needed, fantastic location, in the heart of town. Slept well in the comfortable beds, it was warm and cosy for a rainy autumn break.
