Our charmingly furnished self catering holiday accommodation sleeps up to 4 people in comfort. Situated in Branscombe village square, close to the local real ale and food pub and a short walk from the beautiful unspoilt beach at Branscombe mouth. During this difficult time my caretaker will be wiping down all hard surfaces thoroughly with anti bacterial disinfectant between guests. The apartment is situated in an area of Devon with many walks where it will be safe to reduce social interaction.

Recently refurbished split level three bedroom apartment situated right in the centre of town. Minutes walk from the seafront and restaurants. And unusually for Lyme Regis it has Its own private allocated parking space which is located just 5 minutes away. Note that this is an old property spread over three floors with tight staircases and sloping floors that can not accommodate stairgates and therefore not suitable for toddlers or those who struggle with stairs.

We had a fantastic stay here. The apartment far exceeded our expectations. It was home from home and had everything you'd need. I just hope everyone respects Rachel's lovely place and all her lovely ornaments etc. So much character and very homely. Rachel was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond. Can't recommend this place highly enough. X

We really enjoyed our stay. We were there for 10 days from the US to attend a wedding. The flat allowed plenty of space for my family of 4 for the duration. It was nice to have a kitchen and be a short walk from 2 grocery stores. The town is beautiful, and people were so friendly. Staff at the Crooked Swan were a dream. We got to know several of them during our visit. A few recommendations: House instructions would be ideal. The WiFi network and password wasn’t posted, so we had to email the Swan, and it took a bit to get it sorted. It took us a few days to figure out how to open up the large ceiling windows throughout. There’s a pole in the primary bedroom to do it, but we didn’t realize what it was right away. It was very hot when we arrived, so that would have been helpful to know at check-in. It also would be great to have a large broom or vacuum, as the floors got quite dusty over our long stay. Overall, we loved it. I certainly recommend to others, especially families.

Very much enjoyed our stay at Terry's beach view studio. Absolutely loved waking up to see the sea just out the window. Cafe 2 mins from the doorstep. Harvester 5 mins. Local shop opposite the road. And a lovely walk to the town and harbour. Lots of shops and town centre etc. Terry was always very helpful and responsive at all times. offered us tips of where to go on trips etc.. definitely happy we stayed where we did and with a great host too always helps make the holiday break feel more relaxing. Thank you very much Terry for all you're help and advice who knows maybe in the nearer future we will stay in your lovely studio again. 😊 All the best Donna

Coly house was a great base to explore the area from, with a feeling of being tucked away somewhere quiet at the end of the day but also very accessible. Chloe provided lots of information ahead of our stay which helped us plan the holiday and everything about the apartment was clearly explained aswell. We loved the quirky style of the house, the space and the facilities. The garden is a nice spot to catch some afternoon sun. Would recommend Chloe as a host and this apartment as a place to stay.
