Beach condo vacation rentals in Charleston

Sarah's condo was in an excellent location. Right on the water and close to shops/restaurants in Folly Beach. There was plenty of room for our party of 7 adults and Sarah was extremely responsive.

We have stayed at this condo several times and love it! It has an ocean view, a nice screened in patio, and so close to the beach! Just the right size for the 2 of us- clean, comfortable, attractive! Just can’t beat the proximity of the beach. Brian is great!!

Loved this place! Right on the beach (near the pier and town center…and Bert’s Market!) and remodeled with updated bathrooms and comfortable couches and beds. Very nice to hang out on the balcony; just steps to the beach. We’ll definitely come back.

The home and location was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway! Very peaceful, amazing ground view of the beach and even the neighbors were friendly. The host, Robert ("Bobby"), was very friendly and proactive. We will definitely be back. We really enjoyed ourselves! Oh, also, make sure you bring you and your family's bikes, scooters or walking shoes because the location has great walking paths.

Love seeing and hearing the ocean from the living room. Beautiful beach right out the door.

This was our first time in Folly and had a great time. Joanie was extremely helpful and responded quickly to questions. She was also flexible around our travel schedule which was great. Highly recommend.

The location is fantastic. We spent everyday on the beach. Brooklyn quickly responded when we had a question. I would stay here again.

Had a nice 4 night stay. Condo is well equipped and a quick walk to restaurants, bars and the beach. Planning to come back to Folly in a few months and would definitely stay here again.

Exactly as promised. Very quiet and peaceful. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans including a crock pot which came in handy after a long day of golfing. Grocery store close by and public beach just minutes away on Kiawah Island. Visitor center is close but closed on the weekends so plan ahead. Really enjoyed our visit and considering coming back to the islands again next year.

We stayed here in December 2024 with our dog Kenzie. Check in was easy and the place was spotless! We loved sitting on the screened in porch. Very close to bike path and a quick drive to restaurants and amenities on the island.

My girlfriends and I loved staying at Hayden’s place! There was more than enough room for the four of us and we really enjoyed having the large common space. It was walkable to King St and a cheap Uber away from everywhere else we wanted to go. We would stay here again and recommend it!

We absolutely loved waking up to the beyond beautiful views over the sand dunes and out across the water!! Private, secure location with great amenities and lots of charm! The back porch and private locked entry out to the walkway to beach was an added pleasant surprise. We look forward to a return visit!!

This condo is in the perfect location! We were able to walk almost everywhere we went while staying here. And it is such easy access to the beach. It was perfect for me, my husband and our dog! It was great how dog friendly Folly beach is!

I’ve been to the island multiple times and this was the best location by far! We felt right at home as we entered. The unit was clean and had such thoughtful touches we only went to the store once and came out with one bag. The patio is easily our favorite part - beautiful sunsets and views that make you feel like you’re the only one on the island. While we were looking forward to the daybed on the patio, the swinging egg chair was a hit! Overall, wonderful host and unit - we will be back!

We had an amazing stay at this Folly Beach property! The location was perfect—just a short walk to a peaceful stretch of the beach and an easy stroll into town, either along the sand or quiet roads. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, plus the travel and cooking books were a thoughtful bonus. Parking was a breeze, and Patricia and Gerard were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

The decor and accommodations are so much more amazing than described. It was TOO nice for a group of teen boys on spring break. Lol I ended up moving the beautiful pillows and spreads to my room for the duration (chaperone). Three bathrooms was a dream, as was the artwork and decor. I would def return for a girls trip or alone. Denise was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Our family stayed over Christmas arriving to a beautifully decorated villa with a cute little tree lit up to greet us. The villa was beautiful with a majestic view of the Folly Pier at sunrise. The kitchen was well stocked as well as a good start with toiletries in each bathroom with plenty of towels. . The elevator was in great working condition with shopping carts all lined up to use with unpacking. The keyless entry was very convenient working well. The entire villa was just as depicted in the write up not far from Charleston. A great find with very receptive staff. Our family had a beautiful Christmas visiting the sights and sounds of the area staying for a full week in an immaculately cleaned villa. Cant wait to book again and spread the word to all our family and friends about this Charleston Coast listing.

The condo is a fantastic place to stay. We had 3 generations vacationing and we had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and private space with the large patio! Everything was within walking distance. The pool, beaches and the pier was a big hit with everyone! The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking necessities to cook meals for 6. The only downfall was no hair dryer…as if that detracted from this beautiful location! The parking pass is provided but you have to go to the condo to get it while someone has to drive around until it’s retrieved to be able to bring your car into parking. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. While it’s not beachfront, it has a lovely beach view. The location is spectacular. We walked to the pier, our beach set up, and all the restaurants on Center Street. The house itself is modern and well appointed. The owners even provided niceties such as laundry detergent, dryer sheets, shampoo, body wash, etc that is often not included. We found the home truly comfortable. Unfortunately, we did have an air conditioner issue during our stay. The owners issued a partial refund in response. We are very pleased with the resolution and would absolutely stay at this property again in the future.

LOOKED BETTER THEN THE PHOTOS!! This gorgeous condo was perfect for our girls trip. Folly beach is a wonderful town and this place is right in the heart of it. The view is phenomenal and everything was clean but also felt like home. Thank you so much!

Loved this condo! The location was amazing, loved the access to the pool. We really enjoyed the free concert every night! So much fun to sit on the patio of our condo with a yummy dinner and live music. All communication was great and the place was super clean. We’ll be back!

Very beautiful place. Most beautiful sunrises ever. Only complaint was the communication was not there with the host.

No complaints whatsoever. We had a great weekend.
