Really enjoyed our stay at this charming beach house. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We felt lucky to find it and would love to come back. It was great to bring our dog along. Just a heads-up: while the yard is beautifully kept, there are signs asking that pets not use it for bathroom needs. Also, pets aren’t allowed on the furniture, so plan ahead if your dog is used to being up on the couch or bed. The screened-in porch was a great hangout spot, and the bed was comfy. We saw an outdoor shower there, but it didn’t work. It wasn’t listed as an amenity, so we didn’t expect it, but it’s one of those features we always love at the beach. Check-in at 4pm felt a bit late to us and we chose not to pay for early check-in. Overall, everything was lovely. We could hear the ocean from the house and walk there in just a few minutes. Oh, and there’s a dog park nearby - a nice perk. We’d love to stay here again! WE LOVE FOLLY 🤙

We enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent to go into downtown Charleston and the French Quarter. Very private.

If you’re looking for a unique place to stay, that’s well situated between the beach and downtown, this is a great option. Anything this place lacks in square footage, it makes up for in character, charm and overall vibe. October mornings with the outdoor shower are not for the faint of heart, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. My wife loved the decor, outdoor lighting, plants in the shower, windows looking out to green-spaces. The bed is super comfy and cozy. Kokomo is awesome, we want to check out Roatan.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Tricia’s. The place was exactly as advertised and spotless throughout. Host was a good, proactive communicator and instructions were clear and helpful. A bit challenging to locate this property at night - recommend checking-in during daylight and note landmarks for returning after dark.

Gerald was an excellent host. His place is well situated and in a very walkable area, close to all the attractions that Charleston has to offer.

This was the perfect spot for our girls weekend. The pool and outdoor shower were incredible and the beds extremely comfortable. Danielle made sure we were happy and comfortable and she was so friendly and welcoming. Absolutely perfect stay!!

We had a wonderful stay with our baby and 2 small dogs! Beautiful home in a great location! It had everything we needed and more. It was so easy to get to downtown Charleston and the ride was beautiful and scenic. You can also walk to two great restaurants: Paisanos pizza and for breakfast the Smoky Yolk. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

Cannoncito was just like the pictures…a cozy, unique, and well designed space. Beautiful and functional. I had to work during my stay, and I did not spending time in this space. Great local spots for breakfast lunch and dinner, not only in walking distance, but on the block!

We loved our stay at Sarah’s place! In a quiet, walkable neighborhood away from the tourist traps, there was plenty to do and see and eat! We either walked or drove no more than 6 minutes to get to where we wanted to go. The place itself was cute, clean, and had everything you needed with lots of little personal details. Sarah was so sweet and communicated proactively and clearly. Check-in and out was easy. So nice to have private parking as well.

Very beautiful property and extremely close to Folly beach and downtown Charleston! Will definitely need to visit again soon.

By far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! Olympia’s home is even more stunning in person, the pictures truly don’t do it justice. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a heavenly scent, and everything is absolutely pristine. Spotless, beautifully furnished, and so thoughtfully and well stocked. You can tell every detail was carefully considered. After a long, emotional day at the hospital with my son, Olympia’s place was exactly what I needed to relax and unwind. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and everywhere I turned, there was something that made me smile. She even went the extra mile and stocked the fridge with strawberries, just because she saw it in my profile! If I’m ever back in the area, I’ll absolutely stay here again. Olympia is not just a Superhost, she’s in a league of her own. Thank you so much!

We absolutely loved our stay with Laura & Ed! From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much thought and care went into every detail. The space, tucked behind a private gate in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, felt like a serene retreat. Check-in was seamless, and the location was perfect—close to beaches, trails, great restaurants, just a short drive to Charleston and parking was convenient. Inside, the decor was exquisite and full of character. every piece of furniture, especially the bed, was both stylish and comfortable. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like the sound machine, cozy blankets, umbrella, and well-placed reminder notes. The space was spotless and well-organized. Communication was great, and the welcome note and gift were a lovely touch. It’s rare to find a place with this level of care, comfort, and style. We can’t recommend it enough and can’t wait to return!

My family of 4 and one small dog stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The host are kind and responsive. The house was easy to get to and right off the highway in a small neighborhood with a little play ground across the street. My two daughters made friends with the neighborhood kids while we got ready. Some of the parents even introduced themselves to us. To the reviews of it being a sketchy neighborhood, I am assuming they have never stayed in a major city before and been around a culture diversed area. As in all cities, there is a few ran down and deplorable homes close by, but everyone is friendly and is a safe area. The inside is clean and cute. They had my favorite album in the record player. Everything worked great and had everything we needed to feel at home.

We chose Kim’s place because it was close to family who we were visiting. It’s also a 20-30 min drive from the sites in Charleston, which we liked. Perfect size for our family of 4, would feel small with more kids.

A hidden gem! Perfect location. 10-15 drive from Folly Beach and downtown. Host was very responsive and friendly. Would 100% recommend while staying near Charleston.

Cute little place to stay. Holly was great and made sure we had everything that we needed. The only thing was the bathroom door. It’s a two sided sliding barn door style that didn’t offer a whole lot of privacy. This wasn’t a big issue for us because it was me and my husband, but if you’re planning to stay with a friend be prepared to know them a little better before you leave, lol.

The place was fantastic, and Jen was great to work with. The space was so well thought out and in a great location, very convenient to Shem creek, downtown, and the beaches. Even though it is a guest cottage behind their house it was extremely private, and the back yard is a relaxing oasis with beautiful trees and flowers. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot and location, very easy to get to downtown Charleston and Folly beach from the location. Julie and Joan are very detailed with amenities and what they provide. Would definitely stay again!
