Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Charleston County

This is my second time staying in Beth's beautiful home. I can't say enough about how much of an incredible host Beth (and Joe) are. They go to incredible lengths to provide a comfortable stay. The location is great as it's within a 30 minute drive of most of the beaches and other tourist hotspots. The property is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood and Beth and Joe were there if I had any queries. Highly recommended.

I've stayed at many Airbnbs, and Catherine's is one of my favorites. Catherine is a welcoming and courteous host, making the experience even more enjoyable. Her home is not only beautiful but also incredibly cozy. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my entire stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would gladly return.

This was my first experience booking an Airbnb and the process went well. I did need some help and getting someone to respond to a text or email amazed me how quickly I received a response. I appreciated how clean the home was and I especially appreciated how comfortable the mattresses in both bedrooms were. I highly recommend StayDuvet's property and their service.

We had a great stay for our baby moon! There was lots to do close by. This Airbnb was spotless, the hosts are quick to respond, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, and the bed was SO comfortable. We highly recommend!!

Had a great stay at this location in Charleston. Lots of good restaurants nearby and the neighborhood is very walkable. The house is a charming old townhouse - well decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and had all the tools we needed to cook. The host was very communicative and helpful. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed beautiful weather during our whole trip. Sandie’s home is a delightful environment, especially the morning room where you will enjoy a wonderful home cook breakfast every day. DELICIOUS! The home is located in the best neighborhood in Summerville, beautiful houses surround, quiet area and very private. Just a short drive to all your sightseeing areas in Charleston. Sandie is very accommodating, has a good sense of humor, and very willing to please. We enjoyed her as a host and would definitely return. The room itself offers a large closet for storage, very light and bright room with 3 large windows and a super comfortable bed. This is located on an upper level but only 4 steps up. Sandie is a dynamic host and LOVES being your host. What else could you ask for? A 5+ hostess!

Well-maintained property in a nice neighborhood. Easy to walk to local restaurants, and the owner/manager seems to be organized and professional. Very clean inside with hotel-like reliability for linens and basic supplies. While some other properties I've stayed at are nice but a little "rough around the edges", this property was a step above.

Dan was flexible with our check in time, which was lovely. We could drop our luggage off before heading to the beach. Our little check ins while we were both outdoors, were perfect - not too much chat, just right. Parking was nice. And our check out was easy peasy. Dan was super patient with our GSD so that was a major bonus.

Monica and Eric couldn’t have been nicer and more welcoming. They treated us as friends as soon as we arrived. Their home is beautiful! Loved their sweet dog Moose who is big and lovable. The upstairs suite was perfect for us. Comfortable bed, amazing shower. Wonderful coming downstairs in the morning to endless hot coffee and yummy breakfast. They had another guest there also and we enjoyed chatting with her and hearing about her experiences. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality!

Rob and Zack were perfect host! The house the breakfast the company was beyond high expectations and would recommend to anyone staying in the area to visit this bed and fantastic breakfast! I can not recommend this place any more than this. #1 choice!

Words can not describe this spectacular house and Amazing host! Felt like we were at home! Beautifully decorated! The jam and pimento cheese were spectacular!

place is adorable and in a great location. muffins were a great touch. Even the supermarket was nearby. Everything was within reasonable walking distance. one evening was kind of cool in April, and we couldn't figure out how to light the fireplace. a message to the host went unanswered that evening. a reply the next day, proved unhelpful. Other than that, a lovely stay and we would recommend anyone to book.

We had a brief but lovely stay at the Notso Hostel the weekend of the bridge run. The room was lovely and the shared kitchen was perfect for our needs. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

This was our second time staying at someone’s home with the hosts present, and Mark and Nan welcomed us as if we had known each other for years. They are such incredibly kind and warm people! Every morning, coffee and breakfast were ready for us, and they were always available to help with any questions we had. Their home and garden are a true oasis of peace and calm. Thank you, Nan and Mark, for all the warmth you shared with us. To anyone who is considering booking a stay here — stop thinking and just do it. You won’t regret it!
