Luxury rentals in Charleston County

We stayed in IOP for a family New Year vacation. It was an awesome setup for 6 adults and 5 kids. The kids loved that the house was directly on the beach. It had plenty of sleeping room and living space that never made it feel like we were on top of each other. The space was clean and well-appointed and a great location. I would recommend this house to anyone traveling with a group.

Wonderful week with family! We enjoyed the pool, the rockers on the porches, grilling, and the beautiful property! We rented bikes and took advantage of the wonderful paths on the island every day. Would love to come back one day....

Amazing stay - the house was beautiful and perfect for a big group. It’s walkable to town, the beach is right across the street. It was spotless. The pool and balconies are a great place to spend the day! The exclusive properties team were extremely accommodating and responsive in the planning of the trip and had lots of local recommendations for things to do and grocery/food delivery services. A 10/10 experience and I highly recommend!

The house is absolutely stunning, but the pool/hot tub situation is far from ideal. The hot tub heating system is very problematic and we spent much of the time trying to get it to work. And heating it is charged separately, which is frustration at this price point and luxury claim.

Such a beautiful home - we had a wonderful stay and were sad to leave! The house has really a cool layout, with lots of indoor and outdoor spaces for big groups to comfortably hang out together. The location and views were unbeatable, with the beach steps away. The rental team was super friendly and helpful too, highly recommend!

Megan's house was pristine, and wonderfully laid out. For large gatherings, there is no better spot on the island. I cannot recommend this house more, it's a must for your next vacation.

Our stay here was simply incredible. Perfect location and gorgeous house and yard. The kitchen was amazing and all the bedrooms were so cozy and beautiful. The only thing I would’ve changed was lack of public bathrooms. Pretty much all the bathrooms are in or attached to bedrooms so you have to enter someone’s personal room to gain access. I’m the then that it’s perfect.

My family and I rented this home for a week in the sun and it absolutely delivered on everything we wanted and more! The space is beautiful, modern and was very clean. It's located almost on top of the beach and close to town, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. The Exclusive Properties team was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We'd be quick to rent this home again!
