Cozy stay for a short trip to see family for the holidays. Very clean and comfortable.

I've stayed here twice and both visits have been absolutely wonderful. I hope to return for a long-term stay at some point in the future.

Could not have picked a better location or more comfortable spot for my first visit to Minneapolis! John and Zina were amazing and made sure that they were available. Everything was very clean, very comfortable, and overall just a great stay! Very grateful to have found this spot and it will be my “go to” location for my next stay.

I enjoyed my short stay at Alison’s place! Something g came up where I had to delay arriving until the following morning. Alison was very understanding and allowed me to check in early the following day! I could hear a little bit of noise from upstairs, just footsteps walking around between the hours of 7am and 8pm. Not a problem at all, since I was up and about during the day anyway!

Our family had an absolutely perfect stay at The Place Between the Lakes. The home is so thoughtfully decorated and equipped for everything imaginable. The kitchen has everything you could imagine, and the location could not be more convenient. The hosts were beyond accommodating and we hope to be back again soon!

My husband and I decided to take a long weekend in the cities, as we were traveling to Treasure Island for a comedy show. We had made prior arrangements to stay at a hotel that turned out to be absolutely filthy. We booked this home and it was available to us within the hour! Andrew was terrific to work with! He was very responsive and gave very detailed check-in instructions! We grabbed a bite to eat and met up with some friends before going to the house, so it was dark by the time we arrived. Aside from a few One-Way streets to navigate around, the house was extremely easy to find and we were able to get comfortable right away! The only thing we wish we would have had was air conditioning, as it got very warm in the house, being we stayed in August. There were a few fans for us to use and the windows were easy to open, so it didn’t damper our visit at all! 10 out of 10, would recommend! We would definitely stay again!

Spent a week here with my wife and 10-month-old son and Brandon's place was wonderful. It was cozy, comfy and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay at this place again if we come back to Maple Grove in the future.

This was an amazing place for the 3 of us for a few days stay. It felt so warm and peaceful with all the lights up. The bedrooms were nice and roomy and just an all around cozy place to stay. It truly was a home away from home. Dorothy had games for my daughter and amazing TV options and very responsive when I needed to message her. Definitely will be staying here again.

Tammy Ann’s house was a great fit for our family of 6 plus our dog. We were in town over Christmas visiting family and used the house as a landing place at the end of the day. The house was very clean and had good space. The neighborhood was very quiet, we walked our dog in the morning and late at night and felt extremely safe. Would stay here again!

I stayed here for two months in the fall. This is not a perfect place, but it's a charming old house, and the hosts are not only extremely responsive but also thoughtful and accommodating. Nearby Painter Park, newly renovated, is only two blocks away and is a godsend for people with children (or without!). Wrecktangle Pizza and Pizzeria Lola, two highly regarded local pizzerias, are within a few blocks, as are many other restaurants, bars, and stores. The 123 year old house has the creakiest floors ever, but it's kitchen is artistic and unique, and the renovated bathroom is excellent. The house gets a lot of natural light, and the nextdoor neighbor maintains a gorgeous garden, too (...though the other neighbors have a junkyard car in their driveway). The price was high but on the other hand it's not like the hosts had a chance to vet me as a tenant. The hosts were especially gracious giving me leeway to get out of the house, and overall I very much enjoyed my stay.

Sarah is a great host. She is a fast communicator and answers any questions you have. Sarah’s home is cozy and you will feel right at home. Instructions are straight forward and easy to follow. There’s 6 of us in my group and Sarah’s home had plenty of space for us to stay and entertain. I’ll definitely be back in the future. Thank you, Sarah.

Very nice place to stay & the host was easy to communicate with! The street it’s located on is full of shops and restaurants which was nice but very loud at night. Highly recommend this place!

This was a lovely place to stay while I was in town for a Minnesota Wild game. The place was fully ready when I got there and had plenty of space. The building is very secure and it was easy to find everything. There was a brief moment where I could not get in contact with Chris due to a work related situation, but everything got sorted out quickly and it wasn’t much of an issue. Getting the keys and tour from Chris was a very short and easy process which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this stay, the view is also spectacular!

The unit was exactly as described: very quiet, cozy, artfully decorated and neat as a pin. Others have reported it as chilly, but we never needed to use the provided heater, and it was perfect for sleeping in a very comfortable bed. We walked to - a delicious and eclectic restaurant that includes many vegan options, which my daughters appreciated, - the Midtown Global Market, a fun place to shop, - and the Greenway biking/hiking trail. I've never been on an urban bike path and was very impressed and appreciated the opportunity to see the city from a unique perspective. We stayed for three nights and never had trouble parking on the street in front of the house. As indicated in the listing, there's no stove/oven or TV, but for our purposes the toaster oven and microwave were more than sufficient and we had a laptop to stream if we'd needed to, so no big shakes. We would definitely recommend this unit and we hope to have the opportunity to stay there again.
