Curl up with a good read by the light streaming through floor to ceiling windows and under soaring wooden beams or tuck in for the evening by closing the sliding doors inspired by Japanese screens. Please note that during the winter months, our 1960s artistically unique treehouse may get chilly. However, we have plenty of space heaters and throw blankets to keep you warm. The house is in a secluded, wooded neighborhood with quiet neighbors. Enjoy 3 different decks on the top floor, each with a different ocean or forest view. Inside the home, you will enjoy the clean and comfortable space with luxurious touches throughout. The treehouse comes with all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. It has 3 bedrooms, a full bath, and a full kitchen with everything you need to make dinner for 6. The house cannot sleep more than 6 people including children of any age. A total of 8 people can be in the house. After 8 pm additional guests need to vacate the premises. This is to ensure the continued use of our permit as well as to respect our neighbors. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We will send you the rental agreement shortly after booking. Guests will have access to the entire house and are free to explore this 1.5-acre wooded property. I will meet you at the property to say hello and provide you with a door code. After that, I can be reached anytime to answer questions or concerns. The house is located in a quiet secluded neighborhood next to Nicene Marks Redwood Forest State Park, just outside of the city of Santa Cruz. It's perched on top of a small valley, overlooking the ocean. The neighborhood is very quite a private - please do not disturb our neighbors. Absolutely no parties or outside amplified music. Remote, yet close to the everything that matters: - Minutes to Nisene Marks State Park - 2.5 miles to the closest dog-friendly beach - 3 miles to the Capitola Beach & Boardwalk - 8 miles to the Santa Cruz Beach & Boardwalk - 38 miles to San Jose International airport For your safety electronic outdoor survellaince has been installed. Our neighbors are very sensitive to this Airbnb. To make sure this beautiful house continues to be available to future guests we must strictly enforce the house rules. Any violations (e.g. parties, speeding in the neighborhood, etc) will result in eviction and forfeiture of damage deposit. We will send you the rental agreement shortly after booking.

There are two surfboards, two boogie-boards, rolling ice chest, and a beach cart to enhance your Central Coast beach experience. Please know that all organic, cruelty free shampoo, conditioner and bath soap have been provided for your use in every bathroom. The key code is given thirty minutes before check in time and you get to arrive to The Spot knowing the property is yours for your vacation. The house is on Dolliver Street which is also known as the Pacific Coast Highway. It’s only a block from the sand and downtown Pismo and just a 10-minute drive to the Wineries. In addition to the two parking spaces within the garage there is also ample parking on the street directly in front of the property. The front door and garage door entrances are all automated so your check in and out are all done keyless so you feel most at home. Your vacation truly begins when you pull up.
