We had a wonderful stay at Eleanor and Neil’s property. The peaceful atmosphere, combined with the charm of the three alpacas, Stanley the friendly donkey, and about 30 cows, made it an unforgettable experience. I brought my wife here to celebrate her birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature and animals.

We had a very relaxing stay, whilst there was a variety of restaurants nearby and beautiful scenery we chose to stay in most of the time in the cosy loft. A great nook to binge movies and play games with friends by the fire. Lovely hosts and pictures provided of the propery are very accurate. 100% recommend for a chill weekend and 100% stay again.

The barn is beautiful and very well fitted out. Fabulous setting, absolutely stunning and super peaceful and quiet. The one bathroom was challenging at times with a party of adults but the rest of the barn is faultless and such a joy to stay in. The tennis court and other amenities were fabulous.

I stayed with my parents-in-law and children for three days, and it was a satisfying experience for everyone. Sally was incredibly responsive to our questions and requests, which was a great help. Both the interior and exterior were excellent, but what impressed me the most was how well-maintained the house was—it upheld a level of cleanliness comparable to that of a hotel. It is one of the best Airbnb accommodations I have ever stayed in, and I would recommend it to anyone

Brilliant location, homely feel and a host that couldn’t have provided for us. From a complimentary breakfast selection of pasty’s, eggs and cereals to a written booklet of places to eat / drink / party in the evening only in a less then 10 minute taxi drive away. Beautiful surrounding scenery with friendly local pubs… Can’t recommend enough.

My partner, our dog, and I stayed here over the weekend for a short city break from London, and we had such a relaxing and enjoyable time. Sophie is a fantastic host, friendly and accommodating! The house is set in a peaceful location, perfect for walks, and just a 30-minute stroll from the charming little town. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend it!

Had a fantastic 2 night stay at Amanda's barn. Absoloutely outstanding! from the location to the prosecco on arrival and the responsiveness from Amanda herself. The barn is incredible. The decor is so homely and fun. The pool table was put to good use and was a fun quirk to be able to play whenever. Telly fully equipped with netflix, itvx and prime. Kitchen and bathroom were fully functional, super clean and spacious. Check in was super easy and hassle free. Able to come and go as you please knowing Amanda was only a text away if needed. Beautiful location with plenty to see and do a stones throw away. We will definitely be back. Bed is set up perfectly on the upper level, super big bed and comfy bedding. Thank you Amanda for the a very needed and relaxing break in a home away from home. 👏

Enjoyed every moment during my stay at The Stonehouse Barn. Trevor was always available to assist on any questions or issues arising in relation to this unique and beautiful property. Unlike other properties i've stayed before, this was truly special as it's a heritage listed building and still preserves it's 16th century character A peaceful and friendly neighbourhood and on this occasion the weather was the cherry on the icing cake, sunny and very pleasant Looking forward to another stay at The Stonehouse Barn

The barn was the perfect stay for our long Easter weekend visiting family, and our first stay away from home with our 9 month old baby. The barn was more spacious than we anticipated and is clearly very lovingly maintained. The surroundings were beautiful and Brian and Georgie made sure that we were comfortable and felt welcome. We went on a short, local walk recommended by Brian and visited the nearby Buttery for a fantastic lunch. We will definitely book in again if we are in the area visiting family in the future.

Outstanding hosts. We were super happy to stay with them for a second time! The welcome basket was a really thoughtful gesture and the extra touches like robes and slippers were very helpful.

Little Orchard nestles less than 10 minutes drive from Henley On Thames. Situated set back from the road in amongst the trees, the barn conversion is spacious and well appointed. The lounge has a fabulous long and very comfortable sofa and an equally fabulous TV and surround sound speaker system. Great for watching movies! The kitchen consists of a long work surface area with sink and cupboards but also microwave and a full sized oven and under counter fridge with a freezer section at the top. Whilst we didn’t cook a meal from scratch, we didn’t need for anything and the kitchen seemed to have all of the utensils & equipment you could need. The bathroom is downstairs, small & a little chilly as there is no means of heating the room but the water was lovely and warm. I should add that the rest of the property warmed up very quickly shortly after we turned the heating on. The bedroom was fabulous. Very comfortable bed and lovely bedding & pillows… the best we have had at any AirBnB.

The nicest airbnb I've stayed at in the last 4 years. Looking forward to coming back in the spring or early summer and will stay at Sarah's place.

We had a wonderful girls weekend at the this lovely property! The place was spotless and the attention to detail was clear, from amenities provided to the furnishings and decor. The kitchen was stocked with the basics, the beds were very comfortable and the hot tub and large patio a fantastic addition. As a host, Konny was very responsive and provided clear instructions for arrival. While there isn't much to do in walking distance from the property, but we did enjoy a country walk around the surroundings. Great place for a relaxing weekend away, that's still accessible from London!

What a find, this cottage is truly beautiful, in a lovely peaceful and secure location We throughly enjoyed our stay at Nikki’s place! The cottage was immaculate, roomy and beautifully decorated, it was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, it is exactly what you see in the pictures. we were close to a beautiful town with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and only a 30 minute drive to central Oxford. we enjoyed the walk along the Thames as the weather was stunning the week we stayed Nikki was a great host, she was incredibly responsive This cottage comes Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, peaceful stay, thank you Nikki

We had a lovely stay in Sophie and Andrew's Dutch Barn. Everything was spotless and we were very well catered for. They'd thought of everything including a box of toys which the kids loved. The beds were very comfortable and the linen was lovely. Would highly recommend. Thanks for having us!

From flowers at the personalized check-in to a party in the courtyard the last evening, our stay was exceptional. The location in Old Bishop’s Stortford is beautiful and historic, a stone’s throw from the bell concert at St. Michael’s Church to many fine eateries in town. Fred helped quickly with a tricky shower faucet, and he and Hester answered any comments or concerns very quickly. Memorable.

Geraldine’s place was perfect. Lovely and cozy bed was super comfy and the village had everything you need. I was actually gutted that I arrived after eating as there seems to be a lot of choice for food with the three pubs in the village. Geraldine is very friendly and unapproachable, not that I needed it but I got the impression that nothing would be too much trouble. I would happily book to stay here again. I would recommend it.

We had the most magical stay at this stunning countryside home for a bachelorette celebration, hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! The house is beautifully designed, warm, and had everything we could’ve needed and more. Set in the most picturesque spot, with rolling field views full of yellow flowers, it truly felt like the ultimate countryside escape. The open-plan kitchen and living area was perfect for our intimate dinner party, spacious yet cosy, and ideal for gathering as a group. Each bedroom had its own charm and was so comfortable and inviting. Outside, the garden was just as beautiful, and the hot tub was a total highlight! The attention to detail throughout the property made it feel really special, and the overall experience felt both luxurious and homely. Communication with the host was seamless and so helpful from start to finish. We’re already dreaming about our return!

We had a lovely stay over the Easter bank holiday at Miranda’s place. Highly recommend - beautiful space, well kitted out kitchen and so many gorgeous personal touches. We would happily come back, it was probably one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in. Thank you so much! :)

We have visited The Barn a few times now while visiting family nearby. Unfortunately our daughter is about to reach two, and therefore we are really sad that we will need to find somewhere a bit bigger. The Barn is excellent because: 1) It’s brilliant value for money (compare it to the premier inns down the road!) 2) The bed is incredibly comfortable 3) It is lovely and peaceful (we even saw a deer in the garden during our recent visit) 4) Sharon has excellent communication, and is quick to sort any problems straight away. Throughout our stay the communication with Susan was first class. Immediately after booking we received detailed instructions to reach, and access, the property and also of what to expect once we got there. The Loft is situated in a quiet country setting. The Loft was superb, it was spotlessly clean throughout and everything looked new. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, a really nice touch was the Espresso coffmachine. We were able to make te andcoffee on our arrival and provided with breakfast for the next morning. The living and dining areas lwere very comfortable with modern decor. We used the free wifi and Netfix provided. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were really comfortable and the bedding was of high quality. Each bedroom had its own ensuite and a wonderful shower. I loved the gadgets in the house especially the touch pads on the walls which operated the temperature, lights and external door. This is easily of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at.
