Jen & Tom were great ! had great recommendations & were very helpful, great communication. The fact that they live on the property made it much easier & convenient. we felt very safe & right at home. we would definitely come back!

What a little haven for some rest and relaxation! Perfectly situated on a dead end street on one of the highest spots in Utila, there is no thru traffic and a great breeze. You’ll feel like you’re at a resort when you pull into the gated driveway. There were four of us and we really liked coming “home” to the pool after a long day in the sea. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable.

We had the most relaxing time! We were there for 9 days and were pampered the whole time. The staff were excellent. 5stars on the chef! The grounds man was a pleasure to visit with. If we wanted something all we had to do was ask!! Love the dogs as well. Defiantly a little paradise. The private beach was the best. We enjoyed seeing the tourist boats but chose to just stay home and relax. This is a great spot for couples who just want to escape the monotony!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hummingbird house. It’s location is ideal for walking to Curi Cancha, Stella’s and Whole Foods and the Quaker Meeting/school. The apartment has a fine kitchen with everything we needed to cook meals. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot and the neighborhood friendly. Siria, Alvaro’s mother, is very kind and made sure that everything was just right. She felt like family.

Grant was an absolutely amazing host! He truly went above and beyond - including jump starting our car when the battery had died and making sure we had WiFi so I could work remotely! And he did it all with a smile on his face! Cerro Azul is a beautiful place to visit and Grant knows all the best spots.

Wow! What an epically beautiful place. I highly recommend this AirBNB, Playa Negra, and Costa Rica. Words cannot express how awesome this trip was. We had a family of 5 (kids: 6,4,4). The beach and pool at the AirBNB were exceptional. And Playa Negra beach was very close for great wave action. The town of Playa Negra is charmingly perfect (coffee shop, a couple restaurants, small market). We are grateful for the experience.

Andrés and Marlou are wonderful hosts. They have their own personal paradise and we were so lucky to get to experience it for a couple of nights! We were fortunate to have White Face Monkeys, Scarlet Macaws and Toucans visit us during our stay. Even Iguanas would sun themselves on upper branches in their backyard. Andrés made several great restaurant suggestions and they did not disappoint. The beach was a short drive away and the sunsets were amazing! Definitely a surfer’s paradise. We had wonderful breakfasts prepared for us to start our day. Hope to come back soon! 100 percent recommend. Pura Vida! 🌅

The place is very nice with a quite comfortable space to clear of the daily life of the city, the service is very good from the hosts, in addition to being a fairly calm sector to rest or enjoy with family, it is recommended in its entirety.

Amazing space, beautiful view and huge deck! The big winner is the pool and flowers that were constantly covered in butterflies! Just an exceptional space up the hill from the beach

The place was beautiful! We were able to walk to the market, nearby restaurants, and the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Would come again. The place was surprisingly large. WiFi was good but the main network was limited to the kitchen and the master bedroom would cut out. There was another network that I didnt try. The location was good but the house wasn’t marked with the number so it took a while to find. Dania was very responsive and helped me find it. Gas stove was very hot. Showers took a while to warm up. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner seemed like good quality.

Such a great Airbnb! Was one of the highlights of our stay in Antigua and we hope one day we can be back!

Julio was a very friendly and responsive host. The place looks exactly like the pictures and the area is safe and in walking distance to the supermarket and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place if you’re coming to El Salvador.
