Beachfront vacation rentals in Central America

The perfect place to stay on the island in my opinion. Toua re right next to the best beach; water was perfect and the wind is the weakest on this part of the island which meant crystal clear snorkeling and calm waves. There is an amazing scuba company literally two blocks up (Anda da Wata) as well as a little market. Mary helped us get a scooter sorted and Uboldina helped us with laundry. Ellie is a responsive and helpful host. It was perfect for our honeymoon and we have already talked about coming back! Cannot recommend Ellie’s place enough!

We had a very quiet weekend, the pool with shade, excellent for children and us adults too. We thank Luis for being attentive to us every day we were at his property. We recommend that future guests ask for help with cooking and cleaning in general, it is well worth it to enjoy the family more. We would definitely go back.

Great location if you're looking for a more authentic beach experience. Pochote is a small fishing village with a great beach. Nice clean fenced in yard. Everything you'd expect in a cabin. We went on a boat tour with Raccoon Travels (picked up at location that's a 5 min walk down beach). Good communication. Good value.

The spectacular room!!, super good taste in the decoration, furniture, spaces, very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped to cook the basics, they leave you a spectacular coffee! if you carry dogs is the best that I have achieved, as it has a space with grass to leave them medium free. As a location, just the beach in front is cute and friendly although it has a little stones.

Amelia was the only reason I chose that property. EXCELLENT 25 STARS to AMELIA !!!!

Everything was so amazing! Carlos and Nicole were very accommodating and helped us with everything we needed throughout our trip. Abigail was also super great! We loved the area and hope to be back!

My husband and I and our 4 kids LOVED this house. We spent a week there and it was perfect for us. The beach was amazing - great for swimming and playing at high tide and great for walking at low tide. The house had chairs and boogie boards we enjoyed. The pool was awesome. The views of the pool and beach from the deck great. We really appreciated the AC and the ice maker when it was hot outside. House was clean and comfortable. Really cannot say enough how much we loved this location and house.

The place was so large that our group of four could really spread out. Great for extended stays. Nice to have a few restaurants in walking distance while still being rural.

The house was very comfortable and views were amazing. We loved having our own oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The location is not near the main village so would recommend having your own transportation. The kitchen had everything you'd need so we didn't have to purchase a bunch of additional items like spices. Bed was comfortable and the overall living space was great.

Incredible home and location on the east coast of the nicoya pennisula in Costa Rica. Adventerous sand drive up requiring 4x4, awesome pool and nice accomadation. Only problem with Montezuma is how hot it is there all the time, but the fans and pool helped ameliorate the heat for the cool location.

We LOVED our stay at Villa Neptune. The outside area with the pool was perfect for the very hot Costa Rica days. The pictures are exactly what the property is. The beach is right across the street and almost always empty. Conchal beach is about a 15 min walk. Definitely worth a visit! You are surrounded by local Costa Ricans, not a tourist attraction at all and that is what we preferred. Plenty of touristy things to do not too far from the house. The best thing that came with this house was the caretaker, Vidal! He was a huge asset to us. He used to work as a tourist guide so he can direct you and help you pick your excursions. He drove us places several times when asked and he was even our own personal guide for a day at Diamanté. He rented a shuttle, bc their were 8 of us, and drove us all over the country. He set my family up on a snorkeling adventure and they had the best morning! This is not something most airbnbs have access too! Muriel will send you everything you need

A seaside paradise My stay at this place was just spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the people in charge welcomed us with a kindness and attention that makes you feel right at home. They were always attentive to every detail and ready to help us with a smile. The place is a hidden gem facing the sea. The views are impressive, the breeze is magical and the sound of the waves becomes the best soundtrack to disconnect from the world. Everything was impeccable: clean, comfortable and with a decoration that blends perfectly with the natural environment. Karen's home in Sittee Point was a fantastic spot for my family to have down time at the beginning and end of our days. Very well located just outside of Hopkins, close enough to drive into town for meals or activity but far enough away from the main town to give us some quiet

Good location, the stay was good. There was an inconvenience due to the fluctuations of light in the area, but the owner resolved it quickly and they even gave me a free day!!

Great place to stay for some relaxing time on the beach or at the private pool.

Rum Point was incredible! Martin and Bones made us feel so welcomed from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Having access to all the amenities at Turtle Inn was amazing and allowed us to enjoy the activities, restaurants and beach bar for quick visits then retreat back to Martin’s private paradise. One of the few Airbnb’s we also immediately said the pictures do not come close to doing it justice. Everything was spectacular from the house decorations, to the gardens, to the pool and the best sunrises. To top it off we all loved having the Rum Point Pack visit especially Princess and Moira! An experience like we’ve never had and can’t wait to return!

I cannot say enough good things about my stay here. It was nothing less than amazing. The property is so beautiful and peaceful. Shamori was always onsite keeping the grounds immaculate and was so friendly with the best smile! He even provided us with coconut jelly from fresh coconuts he cut down. I saw another review that mentioned dog poo everywhere and I didn't see any at all, not once. (Neptune is the sweetest btw and so well trained.) Ms Diana's cooking was so good. Everything we had was amazing. We tried about 20 things on the menu and there wasn't one we didn't like. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. And there was plenty of it too! We were able to keep our leftovers in the fridge to snack on. Ms Lilith and Ms Sheril were so sweet and were there for us if we needed anything at all. We did venture out a few times with Mr Nigel who was able to accommodate us whenever we needed. We cannot wait to go back!

It is a good place, spacious, excellent spaces and Don Modesto and Don Pedro are very friendly, recommended.

The house was perfect for our two families, the beach was beautiful and the neighborhood well-maintained and good for walks and runs in the morning. Beto was a great restaurant within walking distance that we all loved. And, Yanira and Daniel helped us with anything we needed along the way. We love El Salvador and can't wait to come back!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. The home is perfect and laid out so nice for a large group. Each room has a separate bathroom and private entrance. The home sits within an easy walk to the beach. We loved the private pool and playing on what felt like a private beach on most days. Flory was very helpful in checking in and arranging all of our fun.
