Apartment vacation rentals in Central America

Great location 👌 We were walking distance to several restaurants. A short minute to two minute drive from downtown, totally walkable but I preferred to drive. Far enough from downtown to enjoy the peace and quiet but close enough to totally walk! The perfect location to every activity possible! The place was very comfortable with AC and a private jacuzzi after a long day. Loved that we could order breakfast, totally saved us time when starting our day! Breakfast delivered at the time we ordered the previous day. Definitely recommend this place, the hosts were amazing and gave us great tips and options!!! ❤️

Pike and Hillary have gone way beyond any possible expectations! They are such kindhearted and warm people, part of a beautiful family. The location is perfect - walkable to go to the center, but far enough to be in peace, enjoying the beautiful garden and relaxing on a hammock while cuddling their beautiful dogs. They made available bikes free of charge to make the commute to the center even easier. The accommodation is very quiet and comfortable. It has everything we need, and more: a comfortable bed, a fan, a functional kitchen with equipment such as a blender and a coffee machine, and a bathroom with shampoo, conditional, and shower gel. They also made available bed sheets and towels (and beach towels). The WiFi connection is stable, and they made available to us some options for excursions and tours (although they were best placed to help finding the right options and discover this beautiful island). Don’t hesitate a second! Pike and Hillary are the best hosts.

Tamara and the Paradise regained property exceeded expectations! Beautiful property and location filled with everything you need. The spaces were beautifully maintained and it was very easy to just settle in on the Oceanside patio most nights instead of going out. The amenities were all perfect, walk to town was short so we never needed transportation and Tamara was incredibly helpful. Can highly recommend this location for your next stay

My short stay with Luz & Dale was excellent! Very clean apartment with all essentials and a beautiful little patio area in the backyard. But what stands out most is their warm welcome and hospitality. They were so helpful! I will definitely come back! I would highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed!

Federico’s was a great host, let me check in early at 11am. Located on the highest floor of a well maintained building. Clean with everything I needed. Place has great consistent wifi and allows for uninterrupted video calls if working remotely. Great airflow with two large sliding windows. Highly recommended.

Milena was a great host, her place is very nice and is located in a great area near bus stops, places to eat and stores. I would definitely stay at her place if I ever go to Nicaragua again.

Alojamiento con cocina bien equipada, Doña Blanca Rosa muy atenta del hospedaje. El apartamento esta a unas cuadras de Playa Potrero y a 10 minutos de Playa Flamingo. El lugar esta cerca de muchas playas hermosas.

Don Rafita es una persona muy especial le ayuda a uno, no me sentí como huésped sino como un amigo me ayudó en muchas cosas muy servicial excelente espacio

There is no hot water but the host is great, the apartment is in a good location, and it is well-equipped. I appreciate the warm welcome.

We had an amazing experience at the tree house. I am so thankful we found her listing online and decided to give it a try. I could have sat on the outdoor patio all day long watching the birds, the sunsets, and the peaceful surroundings. I loved watching the white throated magpie jays eat the papaya right off the balcony. They were so fun to watch. We loved seeing the hummingbirds and green parrots daily as well. Some evenings we heard howler monkeys and every night we were serenaded by frogs. The leaf cutter ants were also a treat to watch as they carried flowers to their house each night! Colleen provided all the information we would possibly need for the surrounding restaurants, beaches, etc. We loved Gracia the onsite restaurant and the infinity pool there. We will definitely be back. Don’t miss Coco Loco and Amigas tacos in Playa Flamingo! Also go on an excursion with Matt’s Tours C.R. The Host was very responsive to all our requests and accommodations; my family and I had a great time and of course next time I will book though them again, thank you for all your support and assistance.

This was a once in a lifetime experience. The unit itself was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, but it was the breathtaking views that are unmatched. This was a last minute reservation for us and we are so glad we changed our plans to squeeze this stay in to the last part of our trip.

EL LUGAR ES IGUAL AL DE LAS FOTOS, MUY HERMOSO EL ESPACIO. SOLO NO TUVIMOS AGUA POR UN DIA, PERO RESOLVIMOS NOSOTROS, AL FINAL A ESO DE LAS 5 PM, REGRESÓ EL AGUA Y TODO BIEN. LA ZONA ES TRANQUILA Y MUY CENTRICO. SE LO RECOMIENDO.

Me and my partner really enjoyed staying at Gabriel’s place. It was clean easy to check in the car. Elevator was pretty cool and there’s tons to do in the area walking distance. We felt safe and it was a convenient place to stay right before you headed to the airport in the morning.
