Alessio and Paola were 2 exceptional hosts, extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a strategic and super comfortable position, rooms overlooking the sea (beautiful), surrounded by restaurants and bars, a stone's throw from the sea bridge. We were pleasantly impressed by the size of the apartment itself, which is also quite functional, very clean and you can see that the owners took care of it because it is really well kept. Thanks again, we had a great time

The apartment is located in the city center, but it is still very quiet. On the ground floor there is a bar where you can go down in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for an aperitif. There are many good restaurants, shops, bars, you will find everything you need. Both the station and the beach are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, equipped with everything you need. Well-functioning air conditioning offered relief after a hot day on the beach. An added bonus is the huge rooftop terrace, furnished with patio furniture and an umbrella. We spent our evenings there pleasantly. We will definitely return to Pescara and this apartment. Grace is a wonderful guest, she responded quickly to our questions.

Antonio was great in responding to any query. The apartment was just as expected and had everything we needed for a short stay. An excellent base, close to the beach. Not sure we needed the parking space but we paid for it anyway just in case. There were parking spaces in and around the building and despite having keys to the electronic gate there are, in fact, two entrances and the second gate was never locked. We did have some confusion as to what "make sure the switch in the kitchen is on 1 for hot water" meant. It's obvious now but the switch between the cooker and sink we thought was for the socket, until we realised it's obviously the boiler/heater. I know Antonio would have explained to us if we had asked. Double bed was comfortable (for me). Sofa bed was ok (for my friend). Plenty of hanging space for clothes and great to have two balconies, one big enough to have dinner on. Everything was great and we even left Antonio a beer in the fridge as a "thank you" :)

Very spacious, beautiful, clean and well-kept apartment with a large balcony, beautifully furnished living room with very comfortable seating places and two bathrooms in an excellent location, very close to the beach and the sea and to well-stocked shops (e.g. Tigre open everyday until 22:00) and various restaurants. In such a beautiful, modernly furnished apartment with a dishwasher and washer-dryer, you can rest and relax with pleasure. You can stay here both for a short and long time, also with children. The owner Cristiano, an exceptionally nice, friendly and kind person, is happy to answer various questions related to the use of the apartment. Flexible check-in and check-out hours. If we come to Pescara again, we would definitely like to be guests of Cristiano again.

A perfect stay within walking distance of the sea! We spent two nights in this beautiful apartment just steps from the seafront of Pescara and we were excited about it. The location is ideal, with the beach and the main points of interest within walking distance. The welcome was impeccable: Umberto made us feel at home right away. He is a very kind and very helpful person, always ready to answer our questions and provide us with useful tips to make the most of our stay. The apartment is cared for, clean and equipped with every necessary comfort. We loved the decor and brightness of the spaces. In addition, the tranquility of the area has allowed us to relax completely. A really pleasant stay, made special by Umberto's friendliness and the beauty of the location. We will definitely be back!

Spacious, spacious, and clean. We felt right at home. It is equipped with all primary comforts. Anna or the host was very kind and helpful both before, during and after booking. 5 minutes by car from downtown and the sea. Nearby on foot we can find several well-connected supermarkets. Finally, the area where the accommodation is located is very quiet and it is very easy to find parking right in front.

The house surrounded by olive trees creates an atmosphere of relaxation in absolute silence, all surrounded by a really deserving view. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay (dishes, towels...). Bruno was a very kind host and always ready to help us! The places he recommended left us pleasantly satisfied.

What can I say..... everything is fantastic.... beautiful place immersed in the countryside where tranquility reigns and a stone's throw from the sea... beautiful house and a very well-kept garden in every detail... available and welcoming people..... what more can we ask for?.... if we pass through those parts we will definitely return...highly recommended!!!!

The house is very nice and clean. Comfortable in every standpoint, there was nothing missing. Claudio welcomed us warmly with the companion respecting social distancing and with masks; they also provided us with hand sanitizing wipes and detergents. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable. The living area and bathroom are very bright and spacious. There is also a comfortable and secluded terrace. The location is strategic; 15 minutes walk from the beach and 20 minutes from downtown. There is also private indoor parking. We really felt at the house during our stay. Claudio was always very helpful, kind and never intrusive. I highly recommend this apartment! Thank you for your hospitality!

very well located apartment and in excellent condition and with bicycles available, close to the sea, shops, restaurants. Ideal for a stay by the sea, but also to visit the mountain side of Abruzzo.

We had the most fantastic time. The apartment was perfect for our needs and the pool was great. The kids loved the ping pong table and table football too. Anna was so welcoming and friendly, we immediately felt right at home. She also helped us with recommendations of local restaurants. We would definitely stay at Marzia’s place again.

We enjoyed our stay at Alessandra’s place. The apartment is very close to the Plazas where you can find nice cafes and restaurants. We were able to explore the surrounding mountains and enjoy some beautiful hikes in Mount Sibillini National Park (about an hour drive to get to higher mountains and hikes) We had a small issue when we first arrived as the second bedroom and bathroom were locked but we were able to get it fixed. The apartment was very enjoyable and the view from the balcony was beautiful.

Very kind, thoughtful, helpful landlords. The hot tub had to be booked in advance,but despite everything, there were no problems waking up at 2 am to make it ready to wake up 🫶🏼 In the kitchen there was everything you need and the missing could be requested. Really nice apartment. Great price. I'll definitely be back✨

We had an amazing time staying in Nereto. It’s a small and quiet town with a friendly atmosphere. There are many nice cafes and you can take beautiful walks up the hills. We didn’t have a car but it was easy to get to other towns by bus and Luciano also offered to give us a ride many times. He’s hospitality really made this an authentic italian experience. He made it easy to discover the town and showed us many recipes for italian food. He always replied fast and helped us whenever we had a problem. We will definitely come back and keep in touch with our wonderful host! Linn & Anna
