The condo is in a great location providing easy access to all local attractions. The condo itself is like new with appliances that are new making for enjoyable stay. Parking was convenient just steps away from the front door. It was very nice to stay in a place that we just like the description and pictures. We will certainly consider this property on future visits.

This was my first time visiting Iowa. The visit was on a sad occasion. Jamie's place was so beautiful and peaceful. So much so that my fiancee and are planning a happier occasion trip here solely because of Jamie's place. Great job don't change a thing.

My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer. Hosts and accommodations like this are a good look for Airbnb.

This was a great place and felt like home. It was very clean and had all the modern amenities you would need for an extended stay, which I did. It’s about half a mile to the great restaurants and bars on beautiful Main Street downtown Cedar Falls. Bed was comfy and the den was perfect for watching some March Madness. The kitchen had top of the line appliances, which made cooking meals a breeze. I’d stay here again next time I’m back in the Cedar Valley.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Nontoxic Cozy Wellness! Krista has created such a beautiful and peaceful space in Waverly, Iowa. My husband and I, along with our son, his wife, and three kids, had the most relaxing time enjoying the hot tub and infrared sauna. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to create a cozy, rejuvenating experience. The hot tub was the perfect way to unwind, and the sauna left us feeling incredibly refreshed. We also loved the unique touch of Krista's own products, which added a special, personal element to the experience.
