Mr. Ramazan is a caring host. He set up a cute facility of 8 villas next to each other. Kınıkta as a place. Kalkan is around 20 minutes. I wanted to provide a full explanation as there were some shortcomings in the information. There is no hot pool. The house heats up with air conditioning, but the downstairs was a little cold. There is hot water, but you have a limited amount of hot water because the water is heated with heat during the day. Need to use sparingly at night. Kitchen supplies are all available. The house is a standard unpretentious house in Çayköy, but inside, Mr. Ramazan has created a different world and a wonderful living space. You'll find lots of extra thoughtful things in the house for guests to be comfortable and have a good time. The host, Mr. Ramazan, is very caring and positive who loves his job. Like a voluntary tourism ambassador, she provides guidance on all locations that can be seen in the region, and she even prepared a detailed pdf file about it. There is also a comprehensive grocery store right across from the house, which is a great advantage. I think the stay deserves 10 points for the price. Since he is a village man, you may hear different animal noises late at night and early in the morning. Overall, it is a house that we are very satisfied with and would prefer if we come back to the area. From this point, ancient cities, patara, Kalkan and Kaş can be reached quite easily. We would have liked to have stayed longer....the pool is fantastic, huge and nice and pleasantly warm. The villa is very clean and seems to be quite new. Grill dishwasher washing machine etc everything is as shown in the advertisement. The communication was very easy and worked out great. Everything is easily accessible by car. 100% recommendation
