Monthly Rentals in Caye Chapel

James has a nice private place to relax on your vacation. It is away from town to allow you to get away from the crowds. Private dock, pool, kayak, and bikes. 10 min easy bike ride to town on a dirt road. I recommend bringing a fishing pole for the dock. Bring everything you need for biting bugs... they are all over Belize. Inside everything works. Cold AC! The house is only on solar and water tanks so you will need to conserve. I have stayed twice and would return again.

We had a wonderful time here. Everything is just as described. Cindy and Don were very responsive and helpful as well. The private dock is perfect for watching the sunset and truly relaxing. There were bug repellents available around the house, but be sure to bring some for your time out and about, especially if insects find you attractive. The sandflies on the island ate me alive, but hardly touched my husband. This was a much needed trip and Wish You Were Here was the perfect place!

Fantastic, helpful and friendly hosts. A little home away from home. Absolutely loved my stay. During my time on the island I stayed on the main strip and also here which is slightly away from the chaos and this was by far my favourite. All the amenities you could need, spotlessly clean and the free bike was so great! Thanks so much for having me guys, hope to be back again!

Wonderful stay at Sarah’s place! She and her husband were warm and welcoming and the room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. We loved that they are using local materials and building methods to renovate their property. The house is a little further away from the main roads in town but we appreciated that it was quieter and Sarah provide free access to bikes to easily ride in to town. They even have a dock where we were able to be picked up for a fishing excursion without leaving the comforts of our accommodations. Highly recommend Sarah’s place and we hope to come back to beautiful Caye Caulker someday!
