Nice, clean and bright apartment. We checked in at night without any problems. The apartment is very clean, has everything you need for living and in the kitchen dishes and anything for eating and irons and hair dryers. Beautiful view from balconies. At night, the view is simply unreal! The apartment is good for both family and company. Thanks for the hospitality!

Loved our week long working-holiday stay here! Location is fantastic - coffee shops, restaurants, and groceries 2 minute walk away. Very lively though, so just something to be aware of (host offered ear plugs). Thank you!

The location of the apartment is at the beginning of the beautiful bazaar. The host allowed us to enter the house 1 hour early and provided a polite and quick response

Nikoloz is a good host. He is very polite and communicative person. There was nothing about Nikoloz that might have confused or concerned us during our vacation.

Very cozy apartment, you immediately feel at home. The house had everything you need for living, including spices, coffee, household chemicals and much more. A bottle of wine and candy - thank you very much for them! Maya was very helpful and prompt in answering all my questions. The location is very good, it is easy to get to almost anywhere. I would definitely recommend this apartment for living! Despite the busy street nearby, the house is in a quiet place surrounded by a small square. There's a children's playground at the place.

Very good apartment with a very good owner who helped us many times and even went to help us from his work during the work time. The only things are that the apartment is a bit far from the sea and that you will see a large parking lot from the window. You will enjoy a kids play area right near the house and stores that are quite close.

Everything worked well, it was warm, cozy and smelled nice. The bed is really not big in length. My height is 167 cm, I fit in. But let's put it this way. If not diagonally :) I would also like to note a pleasant workplace, a balcony (the side is shady, the sun shines in the late afternoon) and the absence of road noise. Below there are courtyards, trees and you can hear the chirping of birds.

Nice place to stay for a while. There is a lovely coffee place and pasta bar in the house itself. So the location is perfect, the only thing was a bit noisy. The host is just great at communicating, so any problem you have you will be answered and helped quickly. I recommend it!

A very cosy apartment fully loaded with top notch amenities they can even adjust the temperature of the flat remotely.🤓 extremely clean in a quiet area of old Tbilisi no cars allowed in the area with plenty of cafe and restaurants, close to all the attractions. Nana (the host )response time is in minutes. She is very helpful and a considerate person. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy your stay in Tbilisi look no further trust me this is the place to be.
