Vacation rentals with an accessible height toilet in Caucasus

Fantastic place, the rooms are very clean and well maintained, views are amazing. Tina is very responsive and helpful in answering questions and with local recommendations.

A decent place for a family living. Good eating places nearby and the host was helpful. The only thing is that the stairs are a little risky for kids below 6 years old. They are slippery. Otherwise overall experience was good.

The apartment is sparse, but I only needed a place to shower and sleep on my broader trip. The shower is nice and large, the water pressure is great, and the shower head was high enough to even accommodate my tall height. The linens and towels were clean and felt great to use after a hot shower. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. The area is quiet, with a beautiful view from the terrace. It is also centrally located. Google Translate worked great, and Luiza very proactive in explaining. She indulged my terrible and limited Russian. Very friendly and welcoming. The venue is a great place if you need a crash pad, even if basic, and Luiza did not oversell or misrepresent anything. For the price, I can only recommend it and Luiza as a host.

A lovely place to stay - very quiet, clean and stylish. We slept very well, bed is comfortable, blackout curtains. Takes about 20 minutes walk to get to most of the places. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Clean and comfortable apartment located in a traditional neighborhood. You are in a quiet safe and secure area, but close to many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Liberty square is a five minute walk, there you can take the metro or buses to anywhere in the city. The place is clean, with good WiFi, hot water, air conditioning and a big comfortable bed. The area is safe even at night and you will be among other Georgian residents as your neighbors. Delia met me and checked me in. She is an excellent host, who is friendly and always available and quick to respond. She will go out of her way to ensure you have an excellent stay in Tbilisi. Highly recommend.

I had a great stay at this house during my trip to Tbilisi! The location is fantastic—very convenient and within walking distance to all the places I needed to go. The house looks exactly like the pictures, which was a relief, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Badri was a great host, providing clear instructions on how to use everything in the house, which made my stay even smoother. A couple of things to consider: if you work a lot on your computer, the chairs might not be the most comfortable for long hours, and the table isn’t ideal for using a mouse without a mouse pad. Also, there’s some car noise at night, but it’s not too loud and didn’t bother me much. Overall, I had a very positive experience, and I’d recommend this house to anyone visiting Tbilisi!

Great apartment. very suitable for a small family close to the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity within walking distance to attractions , supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment had everything you needed. The host Rita is very attentive and kind and gives good local recommendations. We would stay here again. I recommend this apartment to everyone!

Great clean and modern but not the place in the photographs on the website! I was sent a selection of photos shortly before I arrived but I presumed they were further ones of the place I had booked. When I arrived at the address it was not the place I was staying but a couple of local guys rang the owner and they drove me to the correct place. The apartment does not have a washing machine or sitting area other than a table and 2 chairs as shown in the original set of photos on Booking. Com. I have to say the place is sparkling new and very comfortable with a lovely view from 23 floors up. Plenty of eating places and the Big Wheel is about a 25 minute walk. I would certainly stay again. It is remarkable value for money.
