Clean spacious appartement with two comfortable bedrooms and nice mountain view outside balcony.

We were 3 adults and 2 babies . Our stay in Tbilisi was wonderful thanks to Luka and his family. Luka and his father Paata were very accommodating, responding quickly to any question or request from giving directions to local recommendations. They prepared the appartment for the babies by arranging a crib and a bath tub for them. Also Luka's mother - a pediatrician - offered her help if required. The appartment itself was very cozy. The rooms are large yet comfortable, we did'nt use air conditioning. The water heater was working very well, we always had hot water quickly. As for location - It's right by Rustavely Ave, a walking distance from many attractions and restaurants and museums yet it is pretty quiet. I highly recommend this place for future visitors!

Amazing view and amazing host!

The apartment is sparse, but I only needed a place to shower and sleep on my broader trip. The shower is nice and large, the water pressure is great, and the shower head was high enough to even accommodate my tall height. The linens and towels were clean and felt great to use after a hot shower. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. The area is quiet, with a beautiful view from the terrace. It is also centrally located. Google Translate worked great, and Luiza very proactive in explaining. She indulged my terrible and limited Russian. Very friendly and welcoming. The venue is a great place if you need a crash pad, even if basic, and Luiza did not oversell or misrepresent anything. For the price, I can only recommend it and Luiza as a host.
