I was a solo traveller and worked mostly from the house during the day . Wifi worked well most of the time. I didn't have a car . The host were very kind enough to drive me to the beach and botanical garden . the elderly couple don't speak English so well but their son speaks well . The walk down to the center takes about 20 mins and it takes you through a nice green path . Just pay attention while coming back in the night, most of the taxi followed the Navigation to reach the place and would get lost couple of times in the night. I would definitely revisit this place again 😊

I selected the place because I had to move from previous one and did not want to go far. It looks less cozy on images than for real (maybe the images colder color tone). However I liked the place more than I expected. In the mornings in the bedroom you get the abundance of sun light so you day starts positively and spirited. As of equipment, everything is there, I did not recall anything I would miss. Irakli was always in touch, I had no issues addressing him on different matters. Bookmarked for the future stays. Thanks!

Great apartment. Stayed there for a month, and had no any issues the whole time. It's close to the street, yet silent. When arrived found some welcome chocolates,. If you need something, Lasha is just a message away. The kitchen has everything you need. Great stay in overall. Recommended.

I rented a place for my mom. She really enjoyed her stay Easy check-in, convenient location. The apartment has all the necessary things for the kitchen Good soundproofing, although the window overlooks a busy street. The sea is just a short walk away, there are all the necessary shops, cafes, exchangers around. It's warm in winter, the heating works well, especially in the bedroom Thanks for the nice welcome:)

It’s a standard studio in an apart-hotel, everything as expected. The host was responsive and quick to reply. But the best thing about this apartment is the view from the window – it’s absolutely amazing!

Second time staying with Eter, and another fantastic experience. The apartment is spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Eter is always very kind and considerate and checks in to make sure everything is ok while you are there. Highly recommend this Airbnb for a stay in Tbilisi - many shops to choose from nearby and great location for exploring the city with metro and bus stops very close. this place has all you need! and it's in a really nice location and in a walkable distance of republic square! there's restaurants and supermarkets right outside of the place! the jaccuzi is definitely a plus! highly recommended!!

It is spacious. Quite large. In the beginning I kept walking from room to room looking for the kitchen! It has 4 rooms, 3 balconies and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. Full stove, large fridge/freezer, oven and micro. The furniture is lovely also chandeliers. the place is clean and immaculate. . The apartment is comfortable and great for a longer stay. We loved the location. There is a supermarket very close, accessible via a secret locked door. Supermarket is well stocked and has friendly workers. Alcoholic beverages available. The area south of the metro station has lots of shopping, restaurants, street food. Bus available to 28May. Entrance to the complex is on the south side of the building, with a security gate. We highly recommend.

Great place. In real life it’s bigger than on photos. The place is on the second floor, helps to hear noises less, but requires to ascend every time. It’s clean and has everything for your stay.

The apartment was the biggest flex and hype in my life, you’ll never get a chance to live under a volcano in a tropical forest (felt like it). The jacuzzi makes you feel like you achieved everything possible in your entire existence. The location felt like your living on a construction side, but the hype of the apartment compensated that
