Giao and his family went up and beyond with offering help and services. Quiet area but just a 10 minutes walk to the (north of the) old city quarters.

This place was so comfortable and convenient I extended my stay probably 4 or 5 times. I just didn’t want to leave Hanoi. For first time travelers, this location offers excellent transport from and to the airport, and it’s a grab away from Tay Ho, and while a little bit far from Old Quarter, it’s peaceful, safe, and a great place to come back to after exploring the city. Hoa was an excellent host, always responsive and accommodating to my needs. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

Thi Thu Ha was very helpful in recommending nearby spots to eat. Very quick to respond to messages. And the place was very clean and quiet away from the traffic noises in the 21st floor. Definitely recommend if you want some peace and quiet with a great view.
