Elisa's place was perfect for us! We only stayed a night as part of a longer journey but the flat had everything we needed. Elisa and her partner waited to meet us and show us around. In the morning they offered a late check out so my family could have some time on the beach. Which was perfect. Best skimming stones in Italy.

The house is as pictured,maybe a little smaller but aesthetically she is. And in a great location, on the main street that houses many stalls on Sunday from 1:00 pm until late at night (but you couldn't hear any noise in the house). Close to lots of great restaurants/pizzerias/bars/bakeries! Very close to the sea both private and free beaches. Really great area We found a lot of activity brochures in the house. We always moved on foot because it's convenient to all amenities. We really left our hearts in Porto Recanati, it was beautiful and the city is beautiful and unforgettable!

Via app in advance well informed by Angela. Had an app contact a few times and she responded right away. Apartment was as described and sparkling clean. Great view from the bedroom. The kitchen was a little dark as there was blinded glass in the front door. Kitchen equipment fine. Charging station for our hybrid car available; we were allowed to use it for free. Had a very nice stay!

Very kind and helpful host, very clean place and with everything you need (really family-friendly). Arianna's attention to detail has made the rainy days more enjoyable for every member of the family (our little girl loved all the books and games made available!!). It was also nice to make friends with the locals in the square!
