Monthly Rentals in Cascade Township

I can't say enough about the host John and his co-hosts Matt and Carolynn. They have been truly fantastic and very accommodating. The property was exactly what I expected and wanted, with plenty of space and beautiful woodland views. If you're looking for a getaway that has a huge yard with a short walk to the river and a peaceful and quiet setting look no further. I highly recommend, as does the pup who really loved the space to run and play.

We loved the space, especially because you felt like you were immersed in nature the entire time. It was perfect for relaxation, yet close enough to everything else you might place on your vacation bucket list! We were 15 minutes from Grand Rapids, and 40 from lake michigan. We visited the Fredrick Meijer Gardens, downtown Saugatuck, Oval Beach, and Boulder Ridge Animal Park (Highly recommend). Adam was a great host and was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. We would definitely rent again with him.

This was our first experience renting an air bnb and we were very happy with our experience! The home was just as described and actually looked even better in person than in the photos. The home was clean and well stocked with essentials. Host was friendly and easy to work with, especially booking on such short notice and during an holiday. Overall very happy with our stay, would book again!

We'd stayed at Stephanie's place when we visited our daughter and her family two years ago, but didn't find it listed when we visited last year; we were very pleased to be able to stay there again this year. Stephanie is a welcoming and understanding host; her place is private and very comfortable, and met all of our needs and expectations.
