Monthly Rentals in Caroline

This was our third time staying here while visiting family and we had a great stay! Our dog loved running in the fenced in yard, and our daughter loved watching from the deck. Always great hosts and a very easy stay!

Our family of (3) and our (2) dogs stayed at Ray's place for a few days while visiting colleges for our daughter in Ithaca. The location was great. Very private and peaceful, but only 10-15 minutes to downtown Ithaca. Ray was very easy to communicate with. He gave us information on how to get in prior to our arrival and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The space was very comfortable and plenty of room for all of us. The rental was very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Next time we are in Ithaca, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I loved staying at this home. I had an extended stay due to moving to the area, and Steven was responsive and worked with me to extend my stay twice. This home is adorable. It was well stocked and decorated adorably. They even set up treats for my pups and had a hot chocolate station. I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area.

Kim is a wonderful host. She has developed a beautiful living space in aside her home and it is very spacious, simple and feels like a "home". The space is very clean and bright. She is an outstanding communicator, very responsive and does her utmost to ensure your comfort. The location is quiet, removed from the village of Ithaca yet close enough to commute without issue. Everything went according to what is listed on the website. I would stay here again! Thank-you.
