Awesome place, my whole family loved it. highly recommend if you want peace and quiet and still very close to whatever you want and need.

A wonderful place with high ceiling that feels spacious, cosy and homely. Our family enjoyed board games and reading cottage home magazines by the lovely fireplace. We also did outdoor cooking and had our dinner at the patio. House was clean, neat and tidy. Bed linens and pillows provided were of high quality and comfortable. Bathroom was also very spacious with bath available for a good soak and separated from the toilet which was handy. We used the house as a base to explore Great Ocean Road and the town of Ballarat. Maree was very friendly and provided a welcome basket of snacks and super fresh farm eggs accompanied by a lovely card for us. We appreciated Maree’s gestures in offering to leave the lights turned on for us just in case we arrived in the dark, she also turned on the aircon for us so that we will feel comfortable upon reaching the house. Thank you Maree for hosting our stay.

Such a beautiful home to stay! so comfortable and peaceful. Beautiful breakfast food and snacks to enjoy. We absolutely loved our relaxing stay! Would recommend this place to everyone! Denise is a fantastic host.

I visited from out of state, so initially finding the place was a slight mystery as maps wanted me to make some illegal turns. However, once I found it getting back everyday was super easy. The place is exactly as shown in the listing, very spacious, clean, quiet, and worth the money. I would highly recommend it to others!
