Monthly Rentals in Carlsbad North

We had a great stay after visiting the Carlsbad Caverns! We liked that there were games in the closet available and coffee and snacks out as well. We walked to the Blue House the next morning for breakfast and the neighborhood was quite pleasant! Would recommend as a lovely stay!

This was a perfect place to stay while visiting Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe National Park. It’s conveniently located, has an adorable porch to enjoy your morning coffee, safe neighborhood, clean, and well stocked. DeeAnn was very responsive and checked in us to make sure everything was okay. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was nice and the backyard was so peaceful. The voucher for Blue House Bakery & Cafe was such a thoughtful and nice touch.

Really nice house in a quiet part of town. House was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was thoughtful of our host to leave fruit, pastries, milk and juices for our stay. We enjoyed hanging out on the patio in back- it was dusty and dry this time of year, but we wiped the furniture down and it was fine. Didn’t see any deer- but there were lots of birds! Location was great for us, we were visiting the National Parks and it was a great place to base our travels from. Folks in Carlsbad were very friendly and provided lots of advice on places to visit and eat.
