Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Capital District, New York

It’s a privilege to stay on that corner. A few blocks from the farmer’s market, right by downtown. I love to drink coffee in the bay window. The kitchen is very easy to use. The windows !!!! If an Airbnb doesn’t have windows like these, I’m disappointed: giant and many.

Beautiful space in ideal location to explore Hudson. Highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Responsive and proactive hosts, beautiful apartment, great entertainment center

Peter and Angela were very responsive in all communication. The in-person check in left all expectations for our stay extremely clear. We would definitely consider staying here again if we are ever in town again for an overnight stay. Thank you.

This home is authentic Victorian style and very roomy and homey. There are some stairs to consider and I got some increased fitness as a result.

I arranged Susan's place for two traveling tango performers, their son and a caretaker. From the start to the finish Susan was the best, best, best! She responded so fast it was as if she was staring at her phone when I wrote. Funny, smart, proactive, generous. Can't say enough about her. The place was EXACTLY as beautiful as the pictures. We live in the same town as Susan's place (Troy, NY) and my wife wants to rent it for our vacation! Quiet neighborhood with historic buildings like we saw on the movies that were filmed here. On Google maps, when I looked at the outside of the building it showed me the wrong side of the street. Look for the pretty painted door and you have the right place.

Me and my family enjoyed our first Thanksgiving together both sides of my family came together no drama and peaceful!!! Loved this place we enjoyed it so much!!

We felt very lucky to happen upon this listing. We were a group of 4 adults, 2 kids and one baby. The location is great- walkable to town, easy access to places of interest. There is some road noise that folks should be aware of but we did not find it to be intrusive. Andrew was a terrific host- friendly and accessible. The bathrooms and kitchen were stocked well with very nice products and there were oodles of extra linens and kitchen towels etc. Kitchen is very well stocked and we were able to easily get our group around the table to share meals. All was very clean when we arrived and cleaning products are available for use if needed. The washer/dryer was easy to use and in good working order. We very much appreciated the use of this space and would come again if the opportunity arises.

I really couldn’t be more positive about this beautiful house. It is spacious, incredibly designed, quiet, cosy, and on the best street in the entire Catskills region let alone in Hudson. The host was so helpful, kind , quick to reply. I have had to stay at many airbnbs travelling for my job and this was my favourite I have ever stayed in. I felt right at home so quickly inside.. it actually felt like a real house that someone cared about. And then just walking over the road for a coffee or to one of the many restaurants within meters of the door was luxurious and fun. Would recommend to everyone.

Luiza was a great host. The place was very clean, and spacious. It was equipped with all the amenities and most of the equipment were new. The place felt very relaxing and comfortable. Luiza was very easy to talk to, responsive, attentive and always willing to help. Her assistance throughout the trip was very appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Carla’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and inviting. The house was spacious and stocked with anything we could need during our stay. The area is great and walkable to Congress Park and lots of restaurants and shops. Carla communicated instructions for check in and check out and everything was easy, making getting in and out a breeze. We would definitely stay again if we are back in the area!

Cullen’s place was perfect for what we needed. We were in town for 2 nights, and we enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean, and the kitchen had everything you would need to use for meals. We would definitely book again!

We have enjoyed a weekend at the Owl’s Nest during the Christmas season for three straight years. The Owl’s Nest is very comfortable and clean. The location is excellent for walking to downtown Saratoga and visiting the shops and eating and drinking establishments. Gillian is a great host as she always provides clear instructions on a friendly, polite and professional message prior to our visit. We plan to return for year four!

I want to start by expressing my gratitude to Brandon and the entire staff for going above and beyond to make every part of my trip seamless. I truly can’t thank them enough. Their efforts made my work vacation incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. When I return to the mountaintop, I will definitely choose your services again.

I can’t speak highly enough of David and his lovely place! We are local but wanted a nice space to stay in on our wedding night, and this was the perfect choice. The apartment was spotless, and the luxury feel of the space elevated our experience tenfold. David was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for our special day. Plus, the complimentary beverages in the fridge were a great touch! We would highly recommend this Airbnb and would love to come back for another staycation in the future.

This was our second stay at Dawn’s cabin. We usually visit the area in winter to ski but did a quick late fall getaway. We enjoyed Dawn’s recommendations for hiking and eating. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the country inn and the fireplace in the cabin. The cabin has all necessary amenities and is well stocked! Dawn is an absolute gem! She is responsive and provides great recommendations. We look forward to our return in February to ski!
