Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Capital District, New York

We visited for a ski trip, and the location was convenient, with easy access to the ski resort. The area was quiet and peaceful, and the house was clean, spacious, and always warm—perfect after skiing. The mudroom was also very helpful for storing our wet ski gear and boots. The only issue was the front door, which was hard to open and once got stuck. However, Christin and Adam responded quickly and resolved it right away. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated their hospitality.

This was the perfect AirBNB for a trip I took with 5 other friends! Richard was quick to response, answered all of my questions leading up to my trip and shared many recommendations. Easy and seamless stay!

I booked this place for myself and 2 friends for a well needed relaxing trip away. This place exceeded our expectations. We each had our own room and plenty of space. Everything was very clean!! The hot tub was just so relaxing. We enjoyed it in the morning while we were planning our days activities. We also enjoyed it under the stars. We couldn’t get the fire pit to light, but Kenneth came the next day and let us know how to get it started. Our trip was mid-March so there wasn’t much open in town and we were fine with that! We were very lucky that the weather couldn’t have been nicer! We stayed 3 nights and were very sad to leave. We wanted to stay a few more days. I just happened this place scrolling through Air B&B and I’m so glad that it caught my eye. Absolutely worth it. It does sit behind a hotel, and the Main Street isn’t very far, but the backyard is fenced in and we felt that we had plenty of privacy and the sound wasn’t loud at all. I’d would 100% stay here again.

Ray was super responsive before and during our trip and personally welcomed us at check-in. We had two families with young kids stay for a week, and it was perfect! The vast backyard had a gentle slope, so we used the provided sleds, and also let the kids practice snowboarding and skiing before heading to Windham. Inside, everything felt brand new, from beds, linens, board games to ziplock bags. Iced coffee, seltzers, and coffee pods were provided. The well-stocked kitchen allowed us to cook all week—never eating out. Perhaps because it was Valentine’s Day, we received a huge box of Lindt chocolates on arrival. Mornings greeted us with deer and turkeys roaming out back. After days on the slopes, we enjoyed the pristine brand new, hot tub with amazing jets. At night, we made fires with the provided wood and roasted s’mores. An overall an idyllic mountain experience. Will definitely be back!

This stay was amazing and we had a wonderful trip! The house was beautiful and very homey. Our host was very responsive and gave great directions for check in.

Perfect place to spend Christmas with the family. We loved all the large windows so we could see the beautiful winter wonderland surrounding us. Everything matched the description, the house was very comfortable, and the host was very responsive. We would definitely come back!

Our family had a great stay at AK Lodge, Justyna's place. It was easy to find, plenty of parking, super clean, well stocked kitchen, and a short drive to skiing. We loved that 11 of us could eat at the same table at once. Justyna was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would rent this lodge again as there is plenty of space to spread out.

My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay at Jacks place. The house is beautiful, and the surrounding private property is stunning. Nicole was very helpful whenever I had any questions.

The place was great and wish i had more time there. We were just looking for a quick overnight with two bedrooms, which this was, but it seemed like a lovely place for a vacation.

Just a short walk from hikes, and local cafes, we were able to enjoy lazy mornings by the and evenings exploring the charming neighborhood. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, offering great recommendations for activities and dining spots nearby. We truly felt like we were staying with friends rather than in a rental property. Overall, our experience exceeded all expectations. i can’t say enough good things about mercedes and her house. the house is incredible, filled with the most interesting furniture, art, and vignettes. the location is peaceful and beautiful, and easy to get to other towns to spend some time shopping and eating. mercedes is a fabulous host; responsive, helpful, friendly and kind. the house is gorgeous and cozy, with so many things to do at the house during your stay. one of the best air bnbs i’ve stayed at!

It was very clean, well-stocked in terms of bathroom and kitchen amenities, and had plenty of space for a large group to both spread out and find common areas. Hot tub, games, and large tables with plenty of seating. The host was responsive with any issues or questions we had. Very nice place!

This is a beautiful home that you will love spending time with your friends and family at. The home is pristine, the views are priceless and Joel was a wonderful host. I would highly recommend booking this home and I will be again in the future. Thank you guys

This place matches its description perfectly. It is very secluded and all amenities are as described. Kitchen has everything you need and more. Surrounding area is gorgeous and easy to navigate. There are so many fun board/card games provided. The very cute town of Hudson, NY is a short drive away, and there are plenty of great little hikes around of varying degrees of difficulty. The hot tub works perfectly. Olivia was a delight to rent from - so communicative and all her instructions were super clear! Would gladly stay again.

The Little Log Cabin was the perfect long weekend getaway. It was so comfortable and cozy. I would love to return the next time I’m in the Catskills. Thank you Becca and Jesse for sharing such a wonderful home!

A really relaxing couple of days in an area that we didn’t know. It’s a beautiful cabin with a lovely hot tub and comfortable beds. Lots of nice places to visit and a friendly general store a short drive away (thanks to Thomas for the info on that). The temperate dropped but the cabin stayed warm even without the main log fire. Clean kitchen and bathrooms, lots of useful things like tea coffee herbs and sauces. Would definitely recommend!

This place was beautiful! The cabin was so cute and cozy and extremely clean! All of the decorations, furniture, blankets, etc made it the perfect place for our wintry weekend getaway. We did some snowshoeing around the property and had so much fun! Then we got to come back and relax in the hot tub on the porch and watch the snow fall. If you’re looking for a place to be able to disconnect and just have a peaceful vacation, this is the place! Thank you Chris for sharing this spot with everyone! We would love to come back in the summer to explore some of the area lakes!

We had such a nice stay at Lenny’s cabin! We wanted a glamping getaway and that’s exactly what we got. The cabin was clean, cozy, and just like the pictures! We brought food to cook all of our meals and the cabin had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were cozy and the shower was hot! We spent hours around the fire pit and loved how quiet, remote, and beautiful the area was. If we find ourselves in the area again, we would not hesitate to stay at Lenny’s cabin again!

Our stay was fantastic! The location is great with lots of land to explore. The house was rustic but had everything we needed. Note that there is no TV - this was actually a plus for us as it encouraged us to spend more time on other activities. The hot tub was clean and had a great view. Overall, it was a tranquil experience in a great location. I’d recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quiet and relaxing weekend away.
