Pros: - Great Location:The property is situated in an excellent location, making it easy to access local beaches and shops. - Access to Three Pools: Guests have the luxury of choosing from three nice pools, perfect for relaxation and fun. - Well-Stocked Kitchen: The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to cook meals during your stay. - Washer/Dryer: The availability of a washer and dryer, along with provided laundry pods, made it convenient to keep clothes clean. - Coffee Pods Included:Complimentary coffee pods were a nice touch, adding to the convenience of the stay. -Extra blankets: my kids love throw blankets. Cons: - Missing Pool and Beach Toys: The listing mentioned that pool and beach toys would be available , but they were not available. There were 2 rusty dirty beach chairs. - There is a spigot, but no hose. We really wanted to bring our dogs to the beach to play in the , we chose not to bc access to the hose was not ideal to clean them.

Wonderful place to stay! Exactly like the pictures. Neighborhood was a great location to get to Port St. Joe Beach, Mexico Beach and Cape San Blas. Place had everything you needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a nice location. Pool was great. Home was really very nice. Couch bed was less than desirable but couch beds tend to be so. Public access beaches are close. Town of Port St. Joe is filled with little shops and restaurant and there is a full sized grocery store nearby. Had a very nice weekend!

A very homey place to stay with a good sized kitchen and great location for good restaurants

St Joe holds so many special memories for me and my family and when the idea of short getaway to ring in the new year came up I immediately started searching the area. After sharing a few details with Jennifer about the trip everything just fell into place. Jennifer is fabulous host and in my opinion representative of all the people that make up that great community.

Great location in PSJ. About 2 minute drive to the closest beach, 5 minutes from downtown PSJ with its shops and restaurants, and 50 feet from the community pool and hot tub. The house was exactly as described. Very clean, and Allie responded promptly to all our questions. Barefoot Cottages, the beaches, and many restaurants are all dog-friendly! We would stay here again.

Had a wonderful experience at Bernie’s place. It was extremely clean and well maintained. A beautiful location and he was a great host that was very responsive to any questions I had. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great beach experience.

We had an awesome time at Phillips's place. We loved the yard and the upper porch for our dog. Shuffleboard game was awesome! We walked on the beach 3X a day! Bonus was Scallop Republic right across the road! 5 stars all the way!! Would definitely stay here again!

For us it was just about a perfect place. The bay view, the quick and easy access to the beach, all it needed was a reading lamp in the bedroom. ( But maybe we’re the last of the readers?? ) So, we bought a little lamp at Dollar General and then we could read the one paragraph that apparently we need to read before we fall asleep with an open book and glasses on!

Nick's place was so great! A block off the beach and situated on a dead end street. Fenced back yard was perfect for the pups. This is THE place to just relax. Hope to be back soon!

Had a great time and the cottage was perfect for our needs.. The only one thing that we found lacking was cooling. There needs to be an upgrade in the cooling system. Other than that our trip was perfect.

The house is quaint and charming. It’s VERY close to the beach, and having access to the golf cart was a game changer! It was a great place for our son and our golden doodle to just hang out and relax, while we played games and cooked our meals. It was a lovely experience and we’d love to come back to Port St. Joe again!

My two dogs and I enjoyed our stay here. The place was very neat and clean. Joan was super nice and quick to answer questions. The dogs loved the deck and the fenced-in yard. We had a very nice time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ashley's place in Mexico Beach. We loved the easy walk to the beach (and not having to cross a busy street). We saw some great wildlife including a large pod of dolphins one morning. The cottage is comfortable and clean. We hope to come back sometime!

Nice place right off of town. Can walk to everything. Nice big yard and all the comforts of home. The town and cottage are both so cute and me and my dogs enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoy the peace and quiet at Barefoot Cottages. Port St. Joe and Windmark Beach is our favorite place to visit in FL. Thank you William for sharing your beautiful home and your hospitality.

Susan's cottage is so cute!!! It's more spacious than the photos indicate, which was great, and the decor was so cute! The kitchen appliances are all updated and fancy, and Susan provides so many kitchen utensils and tools, which made Thanksgiving prep so easy. The cottage is secluded in clearing in the woods, and the host lives onsite right next door, but this wasn't a turn off to us at all. Super quick and easy trip to get into town and Susan was so so gracious when I accidentally booked for the wrong week and had to change my reservation. Thank you for hosting us!!!

Beautiful, peaceful and private house within short walking distance of a gorgeous beach. Easy to find but hard to leave! I'm already dreaming about when I can visit again!

Easy to find, very cozy, and home like vibe! I fell in love with the city around the air bnb I would recommend this stay to anyone looking to visit the area.

The house was just as pictured & very clean. Our two small dogs loved the backyard. We truly enjoyed our stay. Allison was very friendly & always replied quickly to my messages.
