Pros: - Great Location:The property is situated in an excellent location, making it easy to access local beaches and shops. - Access to Three Pools: Guests have the luxury of choosing from three nice pools, perfect for relaxation and fun. - Well-Stocked Kitchen: The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to cook meals during your stay. - Washer/Dryer: The availability of a washer and dryer, along with provided laundry pods, made it convenient to keep clothes clean. - Coffee Pods Included:Complimentary coffee pods were a nice touch, adding to the convenience of the stay. -Extra blankets: my kids love throw blankets. Cons: - Missing Pool and Beach Toys: The listing mentioned that pool and beach toys would be available , but they were not available. There were 2 rusty dirty beach chairs. - There is a spigot, but no hose. We really wanted to bring our dogs to the beach to play in the , we chose not to bc access to the hose was not ideal to clean them.

Wonderful place to stay! Exactly like the pictures. Neighborhood was a great location to get to Port St. Joe Beach, Mexico Beach and Cape San Blas. Place had everything you needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a nice location. Pool was great. Home was really very nice. Couch bed was less than desirable but couch beds tend to be so. Public access beaches are close. Town of Port St. Joe is filled with little shops and restaurant and there is a full sized grocery store nearby. Had a very nice weekend!

we loved our stay but it ended too soon didn't get to stay as long as we was supposed to because of the storm . I hope to get to go back we loved it

We love this cottage! We had to evacuate the area we were visiting with family in South Florida. Jennifer was great and was able to accommodate us on a short notice. This cottage was perfect and exactly as described! We hope to be back very soon!!

Great location in PSJ. About 2 minute drive to the closest beach, 5 minutes from downtown PSJ with its shops and restaurants, and 50 feet from the community pool and hot tub. The house was exactly as described. Very clean, and Allie responded promptly to all our questions. Barefoot Cottages, the beaches, and many restaurants are all dog-friendly! We would stay here again.

Had a wonderful experience at Bernie’s place. It was extremely clean and well maintained. A beautiful location and he was a great host that was very responsive to any questions I had. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great beach experience.

Cute and comfortable cottage in a great location. Easy walk to downtown for restaurants and shops. Just a couple blocks to Bay for wade fishing. Easy drive to beaches. Fenced yard is great for your pup.

Finding a place with fence yard was our #1 priority. The cottage was perfect!!!

Nick's place was so great! A block off the beach and situated on a dead end street. Fenced back yard was perfect for the pups. This is THE place to just relax. Hope to be back soon!

Had a great time and the cottage was perfect for our needs.. The only one thing that we found lacking was cooling. There needs to be an upgrade in the cooling system. Other than that our trip was perfect.

This adorable beach cottage was a GEM. The location is perfect, it's in a quiet area but it is also super close to one of the prettiest beaches I've ever seen! If you find yourself out this way. I highly recommend stopping here for the weekend!

The place was exactly as we expected, and the location simply perfect. Ashley was very quick to respond to questions. The place is fully equipped for eating in, as well as coffee/breakfast only. We absolutely plan to stay there on our future visits to Mexico Beach!

This was a very beautiful spot. We felt at home and relaxed. The place was pristine and the area was very peaceful. We even got to see a bear! It was very close to the beach, we walked to the beach more than once. Very quiet neighborhood and relaxing to sit in the porch and listen to the birds. Very great stay!

We love staying here with our two dogs. Easy parking, good walkways and nice neighborhood to walk to downtown Port St Joe.

Laura’s cottage was perfect for our weekend stay. It was so cozy, very well decorated, the beds we’re comfortable and the house is just a few blocks from downtown PSJ. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay again!
