Monthly Rentals in Cape Jellison

The house was very cute, we booked it for the water view stated in the listing. However, you couldn’t get to the water. You had to travel down a grass path, park in front of a new construction home, only to find there wasn’t a stairs to access the water. We got out of the car in really tall grass to look, only to come back covered in ticks.

The house was so beautiful and clean and smelled SO GOOD! Our stay was very relaxing- the surrounding neighborhood is quiet and peaceful- great location for day trips to Camden and Bar Harbor. The closest city, Belfast, was also very cute and walkable. A great place for a weekend getaway!

Just like all the other reviews we read, our experience was exceptional! They even provided a cribbage board when I mentioned that would make the snow day experience complete! They were kind, generous, understanding, and exceptional hosts. We will definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

I truly enjoyed my stay at The Midcoast Getaway! I'm so grateful that I was able to get away for my birthday weekend. Chris and Ryan have a beautiful place. It felt like my own personal retreat. They checked on me before and after the snowstorm. They even went the extra mile and removed the snow from my car. I would 100% recommend their place and I hope to be back in the future.
