Vacation rentals with a patio in Canterbury

The apartment is in a great central location with very clear check in instructions and great off-street parking that accommodated our large vehicle. A child friendly space and our hosts set up the extra bedding before our arrival. A bit of road noise at night but nothing that was problematic. The kitchen had everything we needed as did the laundry. We enjoyed our stay!

This is a truly commendable property! The entire apartment is incredibly cozy, brand new, and fully equipped. The host is undoubtedly a thoughtful and considerate individual who has prepared every essential for comfortable living—down to the smallest detail. To our delightful surprise, they even included an Easter gift, showcasing exceptional hospitality. This is absolutely a must-stay accommodation in Christchurch. Highly recommended!

This apartment was a top location in Christchurch. A very short walk to the Botanical Gardens, the Riverside Market full of restaurants, the Christchurch Art Gallery, the Arts Centre. The apartment was lovely, clean and cosy, with a very pretty garden. Our communication was with Christina, who manages the apartment for Faye. She was lovely and extremely accommodating and helpful with advice, as we were staying over Easter and did not know what would be open. We are staying there again for our last few nights in NZ and it will feel like 'coming home'. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful apartment in such an excellent location.

The place was incredibly clean on our arrival. Perfect spot for a single or couple. Loads of great Christchurch eateries and local attractions within walking distance. Instructions from the host were excellent and covered all the details really well, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Would happily book again.

We loved our stay at Rachel’s, it was the perfect re-set during our South Island roadtrip. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook a meal. The place was cozy and welcoming. I’d highly recommend!

One of the best Airbnb we had stayed in NZ. We love how tidy, nice and clean the apartment was and also there were some puzzle for my toddler to play. It’s a pity we only booked one night.

Well equipped, warm and cozy unit. The instructions were clear with quick responses. The only issue was availability of street parking. Perhaps it was also due to the fact that we were staying over during holidays. Would certainly recommend the place.

This was a really nice BNB. All the great reviews are well deserved. The pictures however do not do justice to the abundant natural light and views to tropical nature in every direction. Sammi was so friendly and welcoming and followed up with links to her recommendations which really enhanced our visit to Hokitika. Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Susan’s apartment in Christchurch! As a family of four, we found the space perfect and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. The location was ideal, close to everything with a café on the corner, making it easy for us to explore Christchurch. We highly recommend Susan’s place to anyone visiting the area.

Rachael’s place is centrally located within walking distance of the Christchurch city centre. Lots of food options available nearby and there is a park nearby the listing which is great for kids! The apartment is also very new and well maintained, looked exactly like the photos. Highly recommend Rachael’s place!

Accommodation was in a great location opposite the park. Apartment was as described. Easy walk into city. Really enjoyed staying there.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rachel’s place in Christchurch. Like all have noted it is clean, classy and comfortable. We loved the location which is close to shopping, recreation and dining. Rachel is also an awesome host giving us help when needed and spot on recommendations. I encourage everyone else to book Rachel’s condo! You won’t be disappointed.

Our stay was great and the location was great. Having some extra space and a garage but being able to walk everywhere was perfect. If I’m in town again I would stay there again.
