Pilar is a great host, very clean and comfortable. she was there to meet us and had lit the stove as it was a little chilly, she then left us to enjoy our stay but made sure she knew she would be available if needed. when it was time to leave she came out to say goodbye

We had a good time at Tomas’ place. We liked the location because it was between the old and new part of Cuenca. The mercado is very close as well as many good places to eat.

Diego's Cuenca home was a wonderful place to stay while we were in Cuenca for a short visit. The host was very friendly and is a good communicator. It is a simple home and was very clean. While it is not super close to the historic parts of Cuenca we had our own car which we were able to park for free on the same street as the home. People without a car could grab a cheap taxi ride. The bedrooms were comfortable enough as were the furniture on the main floor. The amenities listed clearly show that the house does not have Wifi Internet. I had overlooked the lack of Internet but that is my fault since it is clearly stated. It does however have a certain number of cable tv stations. For us, having a clean home is the most important thing while staying at an AirBNB and Diego's place was very clean. And if we were staying in Cuenca again I would be happy to stay at Diego's home.

The host is very attentive and friendly. It made you feel at home. The apartment is very clean and a comfortable bed.
