To us, location matters most. The studio is in a relatively quite spot on the very north edge of District 4. A very short walk across a pedestrian bridge brings you into District 1 with its endless choice of coffee shops, etc. The studio doesn't have enough cookware to really cook, but in the end it didn't matter. There was an endless number of stalls and restaurants serving delicious food to satisfy all our needs. We would certainly be comfortable staying here again.

We stayed for 9 nights, the apartment was clean, well furnished and equipped. The beds were incredibly comfortable. All the necessary household appliances and funds were available. When the detergent almost ran out of us, Felix brought us something new, and without prompting! We were able to have our suitcases stored (for a small fee) after check-out. The whole trip became even more comfortable and pleasant through this accommodation. Felix is an attentive, flexible and likeable host, had an answer to all questions and were able to help us with all concerns. The accommodation is definitely recommended and we will be happy to come back!

Very good place. If you come next December, you will see from the balcony the celebrations of the new year! Gym and swimming pool are very good and the area is quiet. Bus to downtown is very close. Very good value for money.
