Lovely, cosy house in a very convenient location for a Cambridge visit.

Really spacious and well equipped apartment for my student internship. Location was in a really quiet and family friendly suburb of Cambridge. Having a kitchen and washing machine made my stay really comfortable. Coco and Lucy were always responsive when I needed help and things would be sorted the same day. Location was excellent to reach the hospital and to get the bus down to Babraham Research Campus. Overall, I would highly recommend.

This is the second time we have visited The Potting Shed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ann-Marie was great with communications, the accommodation was excellent. The location is quiet and peaceful and within walking distance of a local pub. There are numerous villages in the surrounding area and Cambridge is easily accessible. As we have family in Orwell, The Potting Shed is a great place to stay when visiting. We will certainly stay again in the future.

We always stay with Gill when we’re over in Bedford visiting our family. Her place is convenient, homely and ideal for us, and is great value for money. Gill is so lovely and welcoming, and she even brought down books and toys for our daughter, and left an Easter egg and bunny for her on the Sunday. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town, thanks Gill!

What a find Gaby and Susie’s cottage is a gem set in the most beautiful well loved garden . The cottage was warm and cosy and above all very peaceful . Minutes away from the park and ride into Cambridge and close to national trust Wimpole estate a must see. Everything you needed was in the kitchen the bed was very comfy after a long day sightseeing .A amazing welcome pack was there on arrival thank you for the chocolate bunnies and a great three days .

Tim was a great host. He was there to meet us and the cottage had everything we needed. What a wonderful cottage the atmosphere is calm and relaxed and we all wished we had had more time there than our 3 nights.

The apartment was well equipped everything you need and more Great place to say if your going to the races It was just a wonderful to chill Would recommend to any one going to Newmarket

We had such a wonderful stay in Fenstanton! The cottage was clean, well appointed and very peaceful and the garden was just lovely. It was a perfect base for visiting family and getting into Cambridge and we couldn't recommend it highly enough. Thank you!

Lovely faultless experience. Spotlessly clean, comfortable furniture. Big TV, well equipped kitchen. Loaf of bread, milk, butter and jams provided and even a box of After Eights. Sadly I had brought everything as I didn’t expect these to be provided but a lovely touch. Off street parking in a quiet sleepy village. Can highly recommend.

The stay was fantastic. We were able to use the flat as the perfect base. We were able to walk around and use the bus service, whilst all the time knowing that our car was safe in the barrier controlled car park at the flat. The flat itself had all the appliances and equipment to make the stay as comfortable as possible. If we are in the area we would certainly come back.

We stayed for 2 nights from Christmas Eve to Boxing Day 2024 and what a find this cabin was. As the listing states, there's no TV but that was fine with us and we spent a lovely couple of days enjoying countryside walks (our dog loved it!), conversation, board games and reading. It was wonderfully peaceful and we all felt refreshed from the break. The only very minor issue was that there is only a combi microwave and a 2-ring induction hob. I brought along an air fryer/oven so was able to knock out our Christmas dinner pretty well but be aware if you are planning to cook anything exciting. Additionally, despite having an induction hob at home, I couldn't work out how to get it working but that wasn't an issue for me. Great wifi, wonderful walks abound, we were greeted very nicely and then left to our (happy) devices throughout our stay. I can recommend The Willow Tree in Bourn for wonderful food but we didn't try anywhere else, given the times we were there. Many thanks, Jonathan.

We loved our stay at Leonard’s cottage. He gave accurate directions as it really is in the middle of no where! The cottage had everything we needed - the kitchen was well stocked with equipment and basic cooking items. My only criticism, as others have mentioned, is the water pressure in the showers wasn’t great, but otherwise we had a great visit.

Three main rooms - kitchen, bedroom, and living room - were very spacious. Attractive setting, also private and quiet. All main amenities provided. Access provided to the garden. Histon is a close bus ride from Cambridge (No. 8 bus…). Plenty of local shops and good restaurants.

Veronica and husband were great when i arrived for check in and then on hand if needed (which was hardly needed) gave me an excellent recommendation for a local walk which was brilliant. accomodation had so much character and was perfect for what we wanted it for.

Leonard is a wonderful host. I loved the place and the ambience. Looking forward to coming back soon.
