A place with all kinds of positive details. Very close to the Sea with a lot of comfort and cleanliness. Even at night you hear the waves from the ocean when sleeping. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. A place to disconnect. Arriving and enjoying the Sea without having to take the car as it is almost beachfront. Daniel super attentive with all kinds of details when you get to the house. Worried about everything you need and nothing heavy as it leaves you at your breath as if the house is out of one. Around there is everything for shopping and magical and beautiful places to visit such as Cabo de San Antonio or Las Rotes. The Marjal Park is impressive and you can go by catamaran in Tabarca and much more. I certainly recommend Daniel and his bungalow house totally by location, cleanliness, spaciousness and the dedication he puts into making you feel at home. We will definitely repeat it.

The apartment was fine but the walls seem to be made of board cardboard so you can hear everything slipping chairs toilet use from all neighbors really unfortunate the guidance was perfect Tania is really great and even gave us a pack of cookies as compensation for a power outage really sweet

Excellent 2 minutes walk to the beach, everything nearby, 10 minutes to olive or ghandia, 100% recommended

We enjoyed our stay in Casa Marguerite very much. The house is even more beautiful than what can be seen in the photos and in the development there is a super quiet and relaxing atmosphere, or at least it has been during our stay. And the village of Moraira has pleasantly surprised us. It's full of restaurants and beach bars of all kinds, and beautiful beaches with very clean waters and no crowded waters, plus you park your car for free. Perfect for families with children. There is also a small amusement park in the village. And it is close to other villages that are also worth going to visit them. The host, Marjolein, was very attentive at all times. And her neighbor Ana is very friendly as well. She has a very affectionate cat that our little girl loved to give her a good morning. We have nothing negative to say about the house, the other way around, it's well-equipped with everything you need and more. We hope to come back and continue to enjoy it even more. Very good stay in Angel's big house. We were a group of 9 adults, the house is spacious, each with their own bed, 3 bathrooms, an outdoor area... It's very comfortable and has all the essentials for a pleasant stay. The accommodation is located in a rather quiet area, close to the sea (very nice beach), shops and restaurants. Communication with Angel was smooth and she was always responsive. I highly recommend this listing! Getting away from the center of Alicante (30 minutes by tram, tram stop 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation) is really worth it, when you stay in this house and in this neighborhood.

Spacious accommodation and in line with the listing. Too bad we couldn't enjoy the pool because of the outside temperature. Always room to park 🙂 Maria is responsive and understanding about schedules. Well-equipped apartment.

We had a great second stay. Amazing location just by the sea in a beautiful town. The apartment is very comfortable and it had everything we needed. The master bedroom has a really nice mattress and we slept like babies. Definitely coming back again!

Great house in a great location - 3 minutes walk to the nice swimming pools, 5 minutes walk to a nice sandy beach. Close to a big supermarket. Private, safe and quiet surroundings. 9 minutes drive to Denia downtown. Our family of two teenagers and two adults had a really good stay and Fernando was a very helpful host with quick response times. Only thing not 100 % perfect was the springy mattresses. Tip: Don’t use Apple Maps for finding the house as it will give you a wrong location, Google maps is correct.

Lovely small house. The 3 of us were absolutely happy. Pool 2 min in private area, small backyard. We loved it. Tatjana is a well organised host and she designed the house with an eye for details. Guests should consider there will be mosquitos although Tatjana has equipped the house with anti-mosquito devices. To have some mosquitos or eg. few ants is to be expected everywhere in spain in summer. So better keep doors closed. A big plus was the equipment in the house. Everything you need to prepare a meal and have dinner. Tatjana will be definitly our No. 1 host next time in Calpe: Value for money; Good & speedy communication.

We had a nice stay at Diana's house. The house matches the description and is well placed. 10-15 minutes by car from Denia, 5 minutes by car from the beach. The residence has a very nice garden common to all vacationers, very well maintained. Kids can play without worries, it's closed. The communal pool is also very nice, very large! The residence is quiet and family friendly. However, we had a problem with the presence of cockroaches in the house in the house, however, we had to worry about them. Apparently this has been quite busy in this area of Spain for some time. This was the downside of our stay but Diana was attentive. It's very easy to connect with Diana, she responds very quickly.

We were very pleased. Quiet planning. Perfect beds. The bungalow had everything you need and some extra things that are appreciated. Sara, the host, perfect communication. I would recommend.

We had a very good stay at this accommodation. It is very well equipped with a nespresso machine, all kinds of utensils and dishwasher, for a comfortable stay. The terrace, although not very big, allows you to enjoy an area where you can eat or dine outdoors. The public areas are in great condition. Kathy was always helpful and helpful.

Fantastic stay in a very quiet and family-friendly place. Very cozy house with all the amenities and very well prepared. Very close to the beach and downtown l'Albir with plenty of dining options. The host was helpful at all times. We were able to enjoy these vacation days. We recommend it 100%

Lovely and peaceful area. Extremely clean and comfortable bungalow. All as described, and really clear instructions. We had an issue with the electrics, and Jose responded and arranged for it to be fixed extremely quickly.

I arrived late but Paulina was waiting for me with the keys. Her house is a wonderful place. Nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. I've learned that Paulina is a well known artist and it is reflected throughout the whole property. The Mediterranean style adds joy to your stay. The house has enough parking for 2 cars and is a 1 min. walk from an amazing beach. There is a pebble beech as well as a sand beach with cozy bars and restaurants along. I am a Canadian traveling the world for last 2 years and I was very pleased to stay here. 5 starts to the host and her house. Would recommend to anyone.
